I recently moved to the area and have been SO IMPRESSED with Nora the wonderful clerk at this location. She has definitely gone ABOVE and BEYOND with trying to resolve my mail delivery issue. I needed to post this review to let everyone know how GREAT she is, and I will continue to be patient and pick up my mail until everything is resolved. I have also interacted the Chiquita the postmaster at this location who has also been very helpful. Keep up the GREAT WORK LADIES!!!

10 years of problems. I honestly have no positive feedback to leave. As of 1/6/23, still lieing about deliveries. Get notification that a package was left at the garage. No package. No note. Nothing on camera either. Constantly mixing up mail with the neighbors, even after years at the same address. Other times they don't deliver packages to you, but your tracking info says they left you a note (but really didn't even do that much). They lie all the time about delivery attempts. Packages left at the road, in the ditch, out in the rain.. If you call in they are rude. If you go there in person they are even more rude. Worst post office I have ever dealt with.

WORST post office ever! I and other community members suspect that the USPS reps are the actual thieves of our packages. Often, we are told our deliveries have arrived, but when you open the lock box, the package is not there. This postmaster is either part of the corruption, or totally incompetent. This office needs to be investigated very thoroughly.

All i can say is horrible service from every angle. I send back a signed notice, for a Letter that was in the mail box I signed and gave it to the mail Lady last Sat ,what the mail lady supposedly deliver on Monday it’s Friday and still not here. I been calling and waiting on phone and no customer service and that’s not the first case.

why would the mail person who delivers the mail throw a package over the fence while its raining? What happened to putting a notice in the mailbox saying we have a package. Hopefully the electronic part is not ruined

Worse than Africa and any third world country. Why does the management allow this? How can we take this further to resolve this? Who do we get involved?

They keep the phone off the hook so that you can't contact them. They also appear incapable of using a scale, as they routinely returned two 0.9 oz. envelopes as requiriing an extra .21 cent stamp. Not competent.

Every time I call the Rosharon post office the phone is busy and stays busy for hours. What is wrong with their phone or is it off the hook??

Most pathetic carrier I have had in awhile. Ordered some packages and this one I wanted quickly so I put a rush delivery on it. Yet it still got here after all my other packages that had normal delivery. And when they "delivered" it they claimed they had attempted to deliver and no one was there to receive it. Funny thing is that we were home ALL day and ALL evening so if they had delivered it we would have been there to receive it. Most likely they delivered to the wrong address AGAIN. Then to add frustration I call to complain and request redelivery and I get that stupid automated voice that doesn't understand anything I say no matter how clear I attempt to speak. Very disappointed with this service. There is no excuse for this. It is laziness and negligence.

Me and my neighbors have become mail carriers! Almost everyday we received our neighbor's mail. It would be one thing if every no and then one piece of mail was caught in between our stack of mail, but that is not nearly the case. Today, I received a stack of about 10 pieces of mail, and NONE of it belong to me. Even more, there was mail belonging to three different neighbors (three different addresses) in my mailbox. It's not like I got the wrong stack of mail. I am having to drive around the neighborhood and delivery mail on three different streets. This is bad enough in and of itself, but it left me wondering, where the hell is my mail for today? We have been living at the same address for nearly 14 years and the last two years we have had to delivery mail left in our box to our neighbors at least twice a week, every week. We get Christmas cards delivered in February and everyone else's mail but ours. I cannot think of another job in which someone could perform this poorly and keep there job. I am sick of it.

I am so fed up, for years my mail has gone to others, things are lost. At first I thought they were dealing with it and cared but they don't. I have literally been calling since Friday. I have called for almost 45 minutes consecutively each day since. I call it rings for 3mins then my phone hangs up because after so many rings that happens. I call back. What the hell is this? HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE FROM A US POSTAL GOVERNMENT AGENCY HOW??????? I should NOT have to call them this many times and waste my time for 2 lost packages that THEY OF COURSE HAVE LOST! Absolutely disgusted I have no respect for any of these people. LET THIS BE THEIR DAMN MAIL AND I GUARANTEE THEY WOULD FEEL THE SAME WAY. Thanks for doing your jobs - NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came in and payed for a lock change at my new residence in Rosharon last Tuesday and was promised lock change by the 13th which was Saturday. I spoke with a gentleman who delivered mail in the neighborhood today who was a substitute and said he was unaware of any such action. I want access to my mail. I also gave specific instructions on what to do with my keys. I believe the staff in Rosharon is avoiding my calls since it constantly rings when I call with no answer , please help me out

As the other user commented, I am constantly receiving other peoples' mail, and even other peoples' packages. I have not received important mail that I have to assume was delivered to someone else, and today I did not receive my Amazon shipment. I called the post office to have this resolved, the phone rang for 2-3 minutes, then no answer.
I am fed up with this post office, as our my neighbors.

Update: If you call and ask to speak to the delivery manager, she will take your concerns seriously. If you are a resident receiving other people's mail, call the post office directly and let them know there is an issue and it will be addressed.

The Rosharon Post Office is terrible... They constantly misdeliver mail in my neighborhood. We have cluster boxes - it shouldn't be that difficult. We also routinely have packages that are "delivered to front door" according to USPS tracking. More often than not, the package is sitting on a shelf at the Post Office. Other times the key to the parcel locker gets placed in the wrong mail box and we have to deliver each other's packages ourselves. (I thought that was the whole point of the Postal Service.)Then there's the staff at the PO. They're RUDE and unprofessional. You get dirty looks, eye rolls, and angry tones every time you set foot in the door. They also have a bad habit of holding on to mail & not post marking it the day you drop it off. If I need mail delivered, I just go down the road to the Manvel PO. At least there they know how to treat people with respect and do their jobs correctly.
