Perry Williams answered the phone and I inquired as to why my mail is not being delivered. He copped an attitude before I was even able to ask questions, was confrontational, rude, antagonistic and hung up on me! I don't understand how and why people are allowed to treat others like this and hold a job and not be held accountable. Worst customer service I have ever encountered and I guess because it's the world we live in now we have to just except it and move on. Perry, karma is a ...... what comes around goes around, so although there is nothing I can do and you won't be held accountable for your actions it will catch up to you someday the way you treat people and no regard for another human. I'll pray for you to gain customer service and people skills and have some love for your fellow man. Lastly, if you don't enjoy your job you can always get another one.

Our new carrier is not delivering packages. Who can I complain about this? It seems like a lot of people in our neighborhood are having the same issues! is he just throwing them away, or stealing the packages? I receive amazon, and fedex packages with no issues. issues only happen only with the USPS.

I see lots of complaints below. We must have gotten lucky to have the best mail carrier in Rockwall! Always super friendly! Sure, there have been a few errors along the way. But, twice now...when he made it back to the Post Office and found an errant piece of mail that belonged to us, he returned in his personal vehicle on his way home to make sure we received those items as quickly as possible! Certainly above and beyond!!

Our carrier left packages, that wouldn't fit in the mailbox, in front of the garage door instead of at the front door, which is just a few steps away. We were home, but never saw anyone and our Ring doorbell didn't pick it up, so when my wife backed out of the garage, she ran over the packages, damaging some of the contents. That has never happened before and UPS and FedEx never leave them there, nor has USPS in the past; and we get a lot of packages because we work from home. I entered a complaint on the main USPS site and got a call back a few days later and was told they had spoken to the carrier about it and it shouldn't happen again, which I really appreciate. However, it took four call attempts to reach someone due to a fast busy, then several rings and a fast busy twice, and then finally a real person. I think they are overwhelmed with issues and complaints. That would not be/isn't tolerated at UPS and FedEx.

No mail delivery for 5 days. 800 number says sorry Covid, no further info. The 972-771-1121 rings 30 to 40 times then disconnects. How do we get our mail, ask what the problem is or talk to anyone.

My 2 days priority mail hasn’t arrived at destination. Mail on 16th and supposed to arrive 19th. Its not even updated on tracking site. Should have used regular mail instead of wasting 7.75 as my regular mail arrive faster than priority. Its not right not to inform customer about this being no different than regular mail.

Paid extra money to get package on time in Rockwall,TX first it was supposed to be delivered by 12:30pm then 1:30 then 6:30. Then I get an alert that the mailman wasn’t able to deliver due to an aggressive animal... I don’t have any animals and watched him drive right by my house. LIARS

Our replacement driver this week is hauling a$$ through a 25mph neighborhood. Children play and ride bikes in our neighborhood, he is going to kill someone. Bring back our driver from last week or a couple weeks ago he is so nice, always waves, never speeds, and is just awesome!

The postman is not delivering my mail to correct address. I'm in a new sub-division and my mail either keeps getting put in other neighbors mailboxes or going to a different community with the same street name. I was supposed to receive a package Feb 14 2020 and tracking said USPS delivered it but clearly not to my address. These are precious gems that someone has. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOU GUYS!!!!

The mail service has been terrible about leaving packages out by the mailbox on the ground instead of pulling up in driveway and leaving at the door. This has happened several times by the way (not just once or twice). It is very frustrating #1 anyone could just drive by and grab the package #2 it could get damaged or wet #3 its just lazy to not leave it at the door. Very unprofessional and shocking to me that USPS would allow this to happen. Very disappointed !!!

The mailman that has serviced our home has crossed the line at this point. I don't have a direct number to contact a supervisor yet but you will be hearing from me very soon. The mailman sped up the street honking and yelling out of his vehicle at my 16 year old son for parking in front of the mailbox with his motorcycle to run in and get his shoes for culinary class. He then proceeded to cuss at him, yelling, that his mother didn't raise him right and he will never make it in society. I know everyone has bad days but this is not the first instance or issue with this post office employee. I will make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else's children moving forward.

Once again the post office has failed to pick up a package after having a confirmation for pick up. This happens on a MONTHLY basis. Such poor service. The managers should be fired. I speak with them on a regular basis and nothing ever changes.

Horrible pick up service. Half the time they don't pick up your package when you have a confirmation of pick up service. I have to call every month because my packages are still sitting at my door step. They don't seem to care about customer service. Have called the 800 number to complain numerous times as well. Apparently talking to a manager doesn't resolve anything either. This has been going on for several years now and I get the same excuse every time. Someone didn't print the pick up slip. Get your act together. If you are going to provide this service then do what you say you are going to do. Stop making excuses. Now my packages will not be delivered based on the tracking date because my crummy post office on Goliad street can't get their act together. Poor Poor service!!!!
