Two women one manager and an extremely rude, arrogant employee designated as B. violated Federal American with Disabilities law regarding access for a person with a service dog. The violations included demanding papers of the dog demanding the dog be removed, demanded dog could cause allergic reactions, and stating this was that offices policies. The two women refused to look at the laws and guidelines from the federal site. A person with a service dog is not required to show any papers. Only two question can be asked 1) is this a service dog. 2) what service does he provide. They can not ask about the disability. The guidelines are clear that another person’s allergies or fear is secondary and the non disabled person should be moved. This was a hostile act of aggression and was reported to the post master in charge of Richardson post offices. There has a complaint with the legal enforcement group of the Americans with disability and another files with the Washington, DC offices of the post office. I am posting this so others that have been refused by “local policy know that there is recourse. Employees can not impose arbitrary policies that violate Federal law. The post master apologized and stated that a service dog is welcome. This dog was wearing a mobility brace and harness. His designation is as a Mobility bracing dog. I personally have never seen a non service dog wearing one. Mobility or any service dogs do not have to be trained by others or have certification. The dog must be under control at all times and perform tasks to assist the person with the disability with activities of daily living. Do not let petty, no power, ignorant, low level workers trample all over your rights. If they are not trained report it to management.

Horrible Post Office. I have been getting mail for the last 6 months of four different people who I've never heard of. I went there to file a complaint and explain to these people they've never lived here. The heavy said dark skin lady that sits at the far right-hand side didn't give a darn. She said put a note on your mailbox. I explained to her I've been approved for a rural land development grant for 2.4 million dollars and now they're asking questions as to why I did not put these people's name on that information as the living with me. They have done nothing to help me. The lady told me she didn't know what to do. They refuse to give me the postmaster general's name of the area. I'm going up there again on Monday and if I don't get it straightened out on Monday I'm going straight to the attorney's office who handles litigation in federal court and I'm going to sue them for allowing this false practice to continue. My mail carrier is a great guy. And the female substitute carrier that sometimes delivers is a great gal. They have a tough job. But every time I want to talk to his supervisor nobody's there. While somebody will have to be there with a federal judge calls them in and ask them the same question I asked them. By the way I looked up one guy. He's actually in Leavenworth Kansas it has been for about 8 months. He's in a military cemetery got it. He is dead and he is getting mail at my address. Something pretty Hocus pocus about that. The other three have applied for credit online using my address. One lives in Richardson one lives in rowlett both have criminal records I'm not really happy about this and I'm going to get to the bottom of it and somebody's going to have to fork over a lot of dough. That's my view and those are the facts. No help for those who need it.

I paid extra for express mail delivery. The USPS postal worker (Huffhines Park) didn't even try to deliver the piece of mail (on 10/31/2020), as guaranteed by the USPS. On top of that, did not leave a slip as to the location of the mail for pick-up! Tamara Anthony is working on a response but I called around to locate my mail at the Huffhines Park Post Office. I'll be looking forward to a refund for the express delivery that never happened!

Very few problems with our regular mail carrier. The problem is with the substitute carrier who delivers the mail. I have observed him talking on his phone or signing to music as he makes deliveries and after he places the mail in the street side mail box he slaps the door shut and the door pops opens as soon as he drives off. Big problem this year with the large amount of rain leaving a lot of people in my neighborhood with wet mail. Unknown if any mail has been stolen from the open mail boxes but having the doors standing open with mail visible is a open invitation to theft. Please cover this matter with all postal carriers at the Huffines station in Richardson so we can get this problem solved.

Yesterday outgoing mail was NOT picked up (3/16/17). Three days ago I received "presorted standard" mail addressed to another house. A month ago I had received mail addressed to another location, and I complained about it. I did not expect to hear from the postmaster, and I didn't. At that time I complained that I had not received my DiscoverCard monthly statement. I sincerely hope that today (3/17/17) outgoing mail at my front porch mailbox is picked up.

NEVER AGAIN will I use this post office for NOTHING! I mailed out a certified envelope on July 24th from Dallas, this Richardson post office was suppose to have it delivered to our client in Richardson. The post office attempted delivery on July 25th at 7:47AM and business was closed. They left no note on client's door of attempt to deliver. They said they would try again the following business day which would've been July 27th. We are now on August 5, 2015 and our client has yet to receive the certified envelope. I called the post office spoke to Larry and now they have no clue where my package is or why they never redelivered it to our client after the 1st attempt. Terrible customer service and I should've taken this MYSELF instead of relying on the post office. I WANT my package back and MY money for $6.25!!!!
