The whole system is broken. I have a tracking number and the post office cannot find the mail. I can't call them because the number cuts off. I have made a trip to the post office they were not help. A supervisor as to call me and they did not. The next day I called to speak to a supervisor he went through the same song and dance and said he would call me back in the next 2.5 hours. That was 24 hours ago and still I haven't heard from them and now I cannot call them. My mail is lost, it has a tracking number, that says delivery was attempted and a notice was left. No notice was left and they cannot find the mail. What am I to do now? Even more important what is USPS going to do now?

They also lost my package with a tracking # but I called the 1-800 number for USPS and reported it. They contacted the supervisor and gave me a case # for my complaint. The supervisor called me early morning the next package showed that afternoon. I would suggest instead of calling them directly you contact the 1-800 number next time. If we all complain and leave a paper trail of the complaints they have to make changes.
