Yesterday 11/21/2023, I went to the Sungate box to get my package, but the key would not work. Have tried to call you yesterday and this morning. No Answer. Please email me with your response.

Must have a new carrier in our area because they can't get the right mail to the right people. I've had people in the 700 block bring my mail to me from their address (700 block to me a @ the 400 block). Thankfully it some of my medication that I needed. Must be a challenge for some of these carriers to figure how the number system works because this is really not the first or second TIME ...???

This website has the wrong phone number for the main New Braunfels post office. It should be 830-625-7736. The address is wrong also - they moved.

We are concerned about the location of the mailboxes in the 2000-2200 block of Morningside Dr. They are no longer in front of our homes. We must cross four lanes of traffic to access our boxes. The traffic is very heavy and typically above the speed limit.

I live off 1044 in New Branufels.... when we 1st moved here we got our mail promptly between 2 pm/3pm each day...... approx 3 yes ago..... today we’re lucky if we get it by 5:15pm... sometimes later.. your a government office..... people need there mail!!!! Not the day after, shoved in a box, ripped and sometimes opened.. what’s with that??? Hire another person!!!!! And keep your property clean and non rusty and workable mail holders..... sometimes ours are randomly open... Iyour establishment chose to set the rules, LIVE up to them!! No wonder people have chosen to pay others to Handel their mail. They don’t have to tolerate mail abuse!

The community mailbox of some 20 individual mailboxes across from 1931 Club Xing, New Braunfels, 78130-2453 was completely unlocked last night. All the mail in all the individual boxes was open to anyone who wanted to take it. This is the third time this has happened in a year or so. I called the New Braunfels post office last night, but couldn't get hold of anyone. I called just now to be informed by the machine that "the memory is full." The Post Office has to have a number that people can call when this happens.

Large packing was stuffed in apartment mail box which is not that big. I had a hard time getting it out. The mail person then proceeded to try to stuff more mail in the box where there was no room. This package should have been delivered to the door.

Repeatedly I receive a notice that my package has been been delivered yet there is nothing in the mail box. We call and call but nothing changes. We have been given several excuses but little results. This last package is medicine that we need for my condition. I am so frustrated!! Isn't there something that can be done to increase the efficiency of the postal service?

Frustrating when you’re unable to get an answer as to why the package tracking number shows package was delivered to the mailbox yet there is NOTHING IN THE MAILBOX!!! It’s been since last week & it was difficult enough to get anyone to answer the phone much less give any clarification. This package cannot be in the heat! After calling again today multiple times, I was told the carrier hasn’t responded back yet and they’ll send him another message?!? When I asked how long that would be, they hung up. Wow! I needed this package ASAP and it’s like its no big deal.m; not even an attempt to try and understand my frustration or correct things in a timely manner! It’s already been 5days and no answer to where my package is or what needs to be done about this situation.

I had ordered a prescription refill. I waited and waited on my order. Today July 20 I received an email from my place I ordered from that said the tracking number showed the item arrived on 6-12-20 at the Post Office . I went to the Post Office and they went back and checked and all I got was oh I’m so sorry didn’t we leave a notice that they were here. I said that box I needed a month ago. They just ignore complaints they need to start doing their jobs!!!!!!!!

I am unable to get my package out of my of my Mailbox, the package is made of styrofoam and I am unable to push down on package to remove it, I have taken a picture.

I have forwarded my mother's change of address twice. However I am still receiving mail for her at my address, this mail is not marked with the generic "or current resident!" I'm really irritated and I don't know why they are letting magazines and subscription material through the cracks.

I’ve recently moved from 1214 Shadow Mountain Dr. Katy Tx 75430 to 750 Pinehurst Dr New Braunfels Tx 78130 and I haven’t been getting my mail

Recently our carrier retired and she was wonderful very deserving of a happy retirement. But since then at least once (more likely twice) a week I get mail shoved in my box that well, frankly would be hard to confuse when it comes to addresses. Which requires me to make sure I’m home to mark said mail and put in back in my box(arm up) the next day. Not to early but not to late don’t want to miss the carrier who might possibly redeliver the checks she put in my box today. Because our neighborhood is not the best ( just outside of the city limits and just barely into Guadalupe Co) I don’t want to put it back in the box to early with the flag up shouting come and get me to every misfit out here. I live at 845 East Zipp Road, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Today over 1/2 my mail is addressed to a Rein Daniel @ 1099 E Zipp Rd in Canyon Lake, TX 77130. Is it possible you need more help? What can I do to help you resolve this ongoing repetitive issue?

I tried to call the main USPS number to inquire about PO Box deliveries, but there was no option in the automated system to talk to a representative. Then I tried to call the local office. First I got a voice mailbox that said the mail box was full, then it rang and rand until I got a busy signal, and then it hung up on me. Three more reasons USPS has a terrible reputation. 0/5 stars.

On Friday, Feb 21st my wife and I sent a package from Atlanta to our sister in Dallas. The clerk in Atlanta told us we had the wrong zip code, even though we had used it in the past. She changed the code on the package to New Braunfels zip. So it was delivered to a similar address to the one in Dallas. After discovering this error, I call this post office and spoke with Laurie. She she checked a photo of the package and noted the erroneous zip. She informed to carrier and the package was recovered and forwarded to our sister. Laurie went beyond to call of duty and corrected the error. We greatly appreciate her diligence. People like that deserve much recognition from the public. Thanks, Laurie.

The mail delivery box for 1132 River Rock, New Braunfels, TX 78130 does not have a lock on the front door. The lock came apart and I placed the parts at the back of the box or the door which the mail carrier uses to deliver mail. The parts are now gone and the door I use to access my box is open and has not lock. This situation has been going on for over 2 weeks and some of my mail and packages have disappeared. WHAT TO DO ???????????????????

You can’t get in touch with them, the postal worker won’t deliver packages to the house instead he dumps them by the main road or at the neighbors. Got a slip to redeliver they never did and when I tried to call there was no one there to answer

The people there are so nice! They work efficiently and pleasantly, and the person in the lobby makes it easy to choose among the options for service. There are usually enough people at the desks to make it go quickly, and the line area is comfortable.

The New Braunfels post office is a awful place to deal with--. Look at all the compliants. They have no respect for people when you go to the main mail office and do not answer their phone. I have seen people treated with such disrespect and others employees just chat with friend making other wait endlessly. We waited and still no answer to any of our calls. We tried every number listed.

Anyone know since they do not answer he phone how to go about getting a mail box key? Mine was lost Saturday 😫

I think it’s safe to say that the reason the Post Office is loosing so much business is because they are unreliable. Since the post office is not officially ran by the government, I think it’s time to fire all the disgruntled post masters and and district managers. Time for a new season!

I am trying to find out if the post office owns the mailboxes at out location or if it our responsibility to change the locks? AGAIN NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND THE VOICEMAIL IS FULL.

I have tried calling several times and no one answers. I get a message that the mailbox is full. I’m calling regarding a delivery notice for a letter. The notice was left in my mailbox. Why could they not leave the letter in my mailbox?

Why have a phone number, paid for by tax payers when no one ever answers. I have called 6X this AM between 9:00 am and 10:30 am and no one picks up. Why have a phone? At least allow us to leave a message. Recording states, mail box is full, I can venture to say why. I feel totally ridiculous leaving this message, do I think anyone will read and even care, I think not.

I am still receiving other peoples mail. My main concern is my credit card statements this is the 3rd month I have not received folliwed up with my credit union (they are not at fault) last statment I received was Jan 2018 and someone else opened it and wrote a note they had received it. I jVe not seen another one since This is not acceptable. I rec someone's mail on Sat. Again who has my mail with all my personal information. To much mail fraud for this to be happening. How are you going to fix this problem.?

New carrier that can’t sort mail. I have been getting my neighbors mail up and down my road which means that they are getting mine. I am told that this carrier made many mad at the Texas Country Estates. So, do they move bad carriers to other routes or retrain. Overall, nothing ever really happens. Hell, they have a union to protect them. It’s pathetic , like a third world country.

Constantly tried to reach them during hours to let them know that the carrier left the NDBCU open for our housing division at Creekside Orchard, but kept getting an automated voice that said memory full.

The service to Royal Forest 78132 has been horrible. We are getting other resident's mail and ours is going to the wrong box several times a month.This is not acceptable. Who is running our route? My next complaint will be addressed to our state Representative. A reply from the POSTMASTER is requested before further action is taken

I recently moved to 290 Suncrest. Am elderly and somewhat handicapped. Getting to the mail box is dangerous because our boxes are located down a hill. There should be a railing to assist us to the post boxes. Afraid I will fall one day.

The Post Office has been holding my mail (my request) since last Tuesday because I had lost my key and had to have the lock changed (which was changed the next week on Tuesday) these people are STILL holding my mail and not putting it in the mail box, I called them 4:49pm on Wed and let the phone ring, they hung up on me, I called back and NO one would answer

worst service ever!! has held my package for three days with no delivery option updated. Not to mention you can't reach them by phone!!

This email is to complain about wanting to switch the route in our area of Common Street which has many businesses. Our office closes at 4:30, so we will always be at least one day late in getting our mail. PLUS, we won't know if our outgoing mail will be picked up which causes us to run across town at the last minute to try and get it out. Something needs to be done to correct this, please!

Put our mail on hold while we were away for medical purposes and had mail resume on the day after we returned and now it's been 2 days and the bulk of our mail has not been delivered and trying to call has not worked! Having to call and wait for mail should NOT happen!

this P.O.is one of the worst i have ever been around in my 77 years. no one ever answer the phone. it is after five oclock and no mail. yesterday jan. 3 2017 i left mail to be pick up but by 6:40 they had not been here so i was not leaving mail with checks all night. got up this morning went to put them back out and there was mail in my box. so doing the night the mail was delivered and i am waiting for four checks in the mail but they were not there. so i am waiting to see if i will get them tTONIGHT because it will be dark in less then a hour. does anyone of these over paid people care. by the way did i say NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE AT THE NEW BRAUNFELS TEXAS P.O.

On 11/19/2016 a package that would have fit in my mailbox was left on the ground by the box which is not close to my house. It was out all night and we have been having problems with people taking mail & this surely wouldn't help matters. The weekend person really needs to think how he would want his service done for him. I thought it was UPS but have all ready spoken with them. Please talk to this driver. The subdivision is Shadow Hills off of FM 1863. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Many of the big mailboxes where bigger packages are placed are not working. I had reported the problem to the mailman about a month ago. I don't think he reported it because my package was not accessible cause the mailbox could not be opened. It appears that the adjoining big mailbox had the same problem cause I could see a package inside and the key in the mailbox which meant they couldn't open it. Please repair or have the mailman deliver to the residence.

I was waiting for a check in the mail. I spoke with the post man about who the check was from and if he had it. Waited each day. Yesterday, I had the business call me saying the check was returned. I think the post man deliberately sent the mail back. Stating incorrect address on the envelope. Which I showed him. He agreed that I should have it send a different way to ensure I receive it. Terrible attitude and unprofessional.

The app I have always used is no longer available. Just want to have a vacation hold on our mail!!

THIS POST OFFICE SUCKS!!!!! THEY ARE NEVER OPEN WHEN ANYONE IS ACTUALLY OFF WORK AND THEY DO NOT DO REDELIVERY WHEN REQUESTED!

I had the same great service...no answer to phone call. So I have to go down there wait in a line to get a question answered. Pray the government gets out of the mail business and turns it over to a company!~

The New Braunfels, Texas post office does not answer their phone. Our carrier is 5 hours late and our office closes in 1 hour.
