Postal Locations

Terrible service. It says a package was delivered, but I never received it. I opened a claim and they closed it the next day and said it was delivered, without ever calling me. I have tried calling the number several times but no one ever answers and voicemail is full.

not once, not twice, but three times!!!! the first time i didnt complain. people make mistakes no big deal. right? second time, i complained and two weeks later i received a replacement. but three times? either the postal worker is not delivering my packages correctly, or they are keeping them. this is ridiculous. get your workers to pay attention.

You state these comments aren’t read by postal employees? So who does? Not one comment I’ve read is positive from 6 years ago to 6 days ago. I’ve had my mail delivered to a few neighbors I thought a human error but after reading these reviews looks like it’s either laziness, incompetence, or the carrier simply doesn’t care. I may be wasting my time writing this but at least it’s out there.

I put the change of address request in over a month ago and am still not receiving mail. I am missing a debit card, sams card, etc. Where is my mail?????

I have never been to a US Post office, with the worst possible service. Our Carrier is an A$$. He keeps returning our mail just because its missing the suite #. Its still the same address moron !!

One Month ago I sent out a card to my grandson with a giftcard inside it. Was sent from a residence post box, it was picked up by postal carrier the following day, as usual, It yet has Not been delivered…. I’ve called Mission Post office to see about this, I got No Answer. Please check out this Problem, It’s Not Right if this postal carrier is stealing cards.

Terrible costumer service! Not only do they not answer the phone but when you go in person they are rude and disrespectful to you. I've been trying to get my package that they failed to redeliver (it's been 4 days) after they said there was no safe place to leave my book. (I have and large size mail box and it would have fit.) but also they've thrown stuff on my yard before so it's big of them to care now.

Horrible to no service!!! Called repeatedly with no answer! My book has been sitting at the Post Office since 1:42pm on Aug. 28th it is now 4:44pm Aug. 31st and still continues to sit at the post office😡

Why do you all have a number to call for this location but nobody to answer...? Just take the number down or under number insert (May the Odds be in Your Favor)!!

I continue to try calling the Mission Post and no one answers. It also says that you cannot leave a message because the memory is full. I would surely appreciate a call back regarding my concern of replacing my father‘s mailbox who is 89 years old to a different location on Minnesota Road. My phone number is 956-458-2983. We have post boxes in the mailroom at our over 55 community. Again I can’t get my package because what fits through the back does not fit through the front. They do this all the time to many people here. Never answer the phone, box full try again. Very dissatisfied!

Here at the park I'm a manager of, the service is terrible. We have a different mail person every other day or so. I don't know where they got them as they can't figure stuff out on their own. Don't pickup out going mail. Leave mail for empty lots. Leave the lights on. Put mail in the wrong boxes. Don't have the keys to get into the recreation hall or the mail room. When you try to talk to them they look at you like you are from outer space. I want my old mail man back. Oh, and if you call the post office - they just don't answer. I've never NEVER had such poor service in all my life. But I will not do their work - if they don't put mail in the right spot - I give it back to them and tell them to put it where it belongs. This has been happening since May. I dare someone to call me.

JUST ANSWER THE PHONE!

I was at the Mission Post Office shortly before 5pm on Monday, 3-18-2019. I was trying to mail tax papers to my accountant in Waukesha, Wi. Clerk 08 suggested the "priority" envelope which I then used.Then I didn't have the correct street address and was getting frazzled trying to use my cell phone. She then obtained the correct address for me, all the while being patient and courteous, even though it was now after 5, her end of shift. She is a gem and bodes well for representing the USPS. She deserves an "Atta girl'.

Post office in mission san fransisco ave.dont ever answer phones when i need to call them up and ask a questions.my checks by mail always ariving 1 to 2 days late and its not tru my company its by the post office not pitting it in the mail box.why is that? Awful service all the time.nothing great about this post office.they should hire new staff😡

My tracking number says it’s delivered on 11-5-18 at 12:03pm but I didn’t receive nothing why is it ??

July 14, 2018...What a delightful experience! I called the Mission USPS office off San Francisco Ave , 4 minutes b4 closing on this Saturday. I talked with Nora. Very professional and courteous. She likes her job and treats customers with great respect & courtesy. She is going beyond her duty after 12:30p closing to contact mail carrier for CHIMMEY PARK RV RESORT to ensure new resident mail, which mine is in route or returning to post office. This is exemplary professionalism: to recognize, respect and respond to to sensitivity & privacy act of our USPS mail service. Thank you Nora! May you be Blessed 4ever!

I'm not getting my mail again why can anyone change your mail address. I already changed it back onces

THIS PAST WEEK, WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING MAIL FOR DIFFERENT ADDRESSES, NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR, NEIGHBOR TO THE FRONT OF YOUR HOME, AND MAIL DOWN TWO STREETS. DOES SOMEONE NEED TO SLOW DOWN. I FEAR MY MAIL IS AT SOMEONE ELSES ADDRESS. I ASKED A NEIGHBOR IF HE HAD RECEIVED SOME OF OUR MAIL, HE SAID IF IT IS NOW HIS, HE THROWS IT AWAY! SOMEONE HELP PLEASE, I HAVE TRIED CALLING AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AT THE POST OFFICE IN MISSION TEXAS??????

Why are they leaving package on top of my mail box? This is the third time they have done this. Any one could just grab the box and go. They should be left at least by the door! On Debby Lane , Mission, Texas

The staff treats its customers like fecal matter. Unprofessional and rude staff is the simplest way to describe them. Instead of customer service it's customer confrontation. It's no surprise that it's a bankrupt business and the term "go postal" originated from them.

The delivery service over the past two weeks has been extremely poor. packages left on the office porch rather than bringing them into the office, packages left on the table in the recreation hall rather than brought to the office. Packages and mail not put in boxes. Inability of some of the carriers to communicate in English. No consistency at all!!

mission Tx has very poor service, I make online ick up requests Daily And very often they FORGET to pick up! Just yesterday again they left in my front porch 14 packages! I paid priority mail! I try calling them and the phone line is always busy! This negligence is hurting my business!!

yesterday 3/7/15 I check my mail box because I saw the mailman some houses down from my. I didn't have and mail today going home from church in the middle of my driveway I found my mail thrown all over. I don't know who did it or if my mail was placed in someone else's mail box or someone is going through my mail. I'm worried if some of my mail has been lost or used by someone else. specially my bank statements or my credit card statements.
