This is the most incompetent post office I have ever had. They return mail to sender because they missed it in their truck and don't feel like going back, saying "Incomplete address". How was is scanned and sent to my delivery dashboard id it was incomplete? They are the worse! Good luck getting all your mail!

I am handicapped and on a walker. My mailman keeps leaving my mailbox open. I called and reported it a week ago because it was open everyday!! There is a sidewalk in front of my house by my mailbox and people walk it all the time every day and my mailbox is open with packages in it!! Plus my mail blows out in the yard and I have to call someone to come pick it up for me as I can't maneuver my walker in the grass very well. I have mail laying in the yard right now!! This is unexceptable.I am 64 years old and this is very stressful for me. It has to stop!!

I had. Rx from CVS sent to me and it showed delivered to my mailbox. I was watching the truck from my office. I went out and there was no pkg from CVS there. It was delivered but to who no one knows. I tried called the number listed on the web page and it just rang and rang with no answer. It is hard to report something when no one will answer.

I've never had more problems with a post office in my life! They will not deliver the mail if my lawn crew happens to be there. I live in a culdesac. My neighbors and I speak constantly about the rudeness of one of their female drivers. We've had problems with her for years! Several complaints made by me to the post master. They don't care

Postal carriers will not attempt a delivery to your door! I get delivery attempted all the time when I am home! So infuriating! No slip in the mailbox! Just a message from Amazon saying delivery was attempted!

Our postman came by in Midlothian on the 1001 section of Park Place Blvd. He left the entire two sides of several boxes addresses totally open! I just now discovered it. Our box had important mail in it! The postal service has gotten sloppy on their job!

By far the laziest most incompetent and careless postal service I've ever come across. We dont get mail for days at a time and packages. They r rude and I'm beyond frustrated with them at this point. Been dealing with it for a year now. And this is why usps is going outta business.

It must have been a bad mail day Friday June 16 and Saturday June 17, 2017 On Friday mail delivered to 2740 Falcon Way had mail for 2710 Falcon Way and 2940 Eagles Nest Court On Saturday mail for 2560 Eagles Nest Court (my house) was delivered to 2550 Eagles Nest Court and mail for 2550 Eagles Nest Court was at 2540 Eagles Nest Court along with mail for 2560 Eagles Nest Court and 2541 Mockingbird Lane. Mail for 2540 Eagles Nest Court was on vacation hold. Wow..... confusing huh? HL McNeely

One of the drivers hit my car while I was in it, didn't even get off to talk to me and apologize. She just drove of. Luckily it didn't do any damage to my car

Very frustrated with the Midlothian Post office. Time and Time again, I have received the delivered notification but there is no package. I call the post office and their response " she was on your porch when she scanned and left the package. Living on a corner house might lead people to take the package" This statement is very funny to me considering NOT ONE package from UPS or FedEx has been missing. Also, all my husbands work equipment is left on the porch and tools. They did not deliver the package! I was home all day, went outside when it showed deliver and NOTHING! The customer service was not great either. They told me to call the mail police.

I said submitted a request for our mail to be stopped for a nine day period when my wife and I were out of town dealing with her mother who had just had a stroke. Fortunately a friend stop by and checked the mailbox. Unfortunately he discovered that mail had been delivered every day that week. This is sloppy, unprofessional, and unacceptable service. This is not the first time that mail was delivered when we had requested a stop.

The community mail box located around location 914/916 park place blvd was left unlocked today. Both sides of the mailbox are opened for anyone to grab anyone's mail. After getting my mail we tried to close it but could not. This is not a safe practice

The postal worker was apparently upset that I forgot to put a stamp on the envelope I placed in outgoing mail. So she scribbled on my envelope and broke my mailbox. I have picture evidence if needed. This is very upsetting. My mail box is set into bricks. The cost for a new mailbox is quite great due to this.

I know this post is suffering from growing pains, but when they fail to deliver a package stating there wasn't a secure location and I was home all day is inexcusable! This post office is getting worse, and I never thought that would be possible.

I am furious with this office! Time and time again, failure to deliver to the correct address, failure to deliver at all, or a simply failure to properly investigate and respond to stolen items. On Wednesday, it happened again. USPS shows they attempted to deliver a package that required an adult signature on Wednesday. However, both my wife and I were home all day while we prepared for Thanksgiving on Thursday. Not only did they not attempt to deliver the package but they also failed to leave a note stating they did either. USPS, prepare for my wife's words. She is standing in line now, at your office, with about 20 people ahead of her. By the time she gets the desk, she will have had plenty of time to stew over your employees complete disregard for our property, their job description and your lies.

I hope ya'll enjoyed the conversation with my wife ha ha ha. To everyone else, they failed to deliver our mail at all because we submitted a change of address form. Funny Thing- the change of address form was made effective for mid December!!!!! How does that explain their failures for the last three years? I understand the Gov't has placed huge budget cuts on offices around the country. I understand if they are running short handed or packages are a day behind. What I do not understand is lying and complete failure to attempt to address the situation.

I am so upset with this post office! My daughters backpack was supposedly delivered last Friday but I was home all day and most of the time I was on the front porch. I showed an email stating they attempted to deliver twice and no answer yet I had not once seen anyone, the same day they had "attempted to deliver" was the same day they sent it back. When I called one lady said she was too tired to attempt to look and it was only 8am! The next lady had a very poor attitude and said she had sent it back since no one came to claim it yet I came to claim it Friday afternoon and Saturday but they didn't want to find it. I have reported each person to the main USPS office since not even a one wants to work and instead of being friendly they are very rude and disrespectful!

I'm so frustrated with this post office. They always have their phone off the hook. Will not answer phone calls. I have a package according to tracking located at their post pffice but they leave their phone off of the hook. Very unprofessional. Needs to be investigated.

I had a certified letter sent from US IRS, our post office tried to deliver once, or so they say. My wife was home on the day in question, yet they say no one was home. Now no one knows where the official US IRS document is. My daughter was waiting for a medical package, after it not being delivered by this past Saturday, she went online and found the message that the package was out to be delivered but the address was incorrect. The address is correct on all traceable documentation but our post office would not deliver it. WOW!
