I have had 2 packages disposed of by this post office the day they arrived at the post office. This is upsetting since I spent a lot of money on these packages and then when I call them, they don't pick up.

And the one time they did answer, they turn around didnt say anything and hung up. This is the worst government agency I have ever dealt with. Burnet post office picks up no matter what.

I have tried to call the post office for the last 3 days in marble falls. Without success. This is poor customer service. When I call the Burnet PO they answer every single time. Maybe some after hour training from the Burnet employees is needed.! No excuse for this!!!!!

Yep, they did it again. Request a package pick up and they didn't pick it up. This is becoming a regular occurrence. Never had this problem with my last mailman. This one..... The mailbox has been left open after mail delivered on numerous occasions. Big problem is that she comes so late in the day I'm unable to take them to the post office myself. My packages end up being late to my customers. Their screw up makes me look bad and I don't appreciate it.

I am trying to find out what happened to a card I mailed to Amber Johanson,824 Pinehurst Dr, New Braunfels , Tx, 78130 on Thursday 6-4-20. It was a card with 3 gift cards. It was mailed from the mail drop box on 2nd street in Marble Falls. Printed the address and clear return address. I would like to see what happened to the card or have it returned to me. This happened before about 6 months ago. Please locate or send the card back. thanks

My box is being vandalized on the pole. There is a vacant, unused box less than a foot away. The landlord said he had no trouble if I wanted to use it. So I put my unit number on the vacant box. Somebody tore it off a few days later. So I replaced it and it got torn off again. So I called the P.O. I was told by the post office manager that I could NOT relocate to the vacant, unvandalized box - but I must REPLACE to broken vandalized box or (get this) RENT a P.O. box. She said that this is because the mail is arranged based on box order. I asked why the mail simply couldn't be rearranged to accommodate a new box order. She replied that it was too difficult. Apparently, asking the Marble Falls post office to rearrange an established box delivery order is like asking Moses to renumber the commandments. So, I'm going to escalate this as a complaint. It's unlikely Moses will hear about the issue - but the Post Master general might be able do the deed...

Marble Falls, Texas Post Office. Received a notice this morning a Amazon package could not be delivered. We have been home all day and there has not been an attempt. FedEx delivered a package from amazon today without a problem. I called the post office branch twice. Rang both times for 3 minutes then hung up.

This is THE WORST postal service to hit planet earth. First, the Horseshoe bay location never sent in my change of address in SEPTEMBER 2017. Now, they lost $2300 from my school. Delivered it to the wrong address, or threw it away...only God knows! After finding one of the checks, they proceeded to say they dont know where the other is. The carrier has no accountability for delivering the mail either. No sense of urgency, SEVERE incompetance, lack of due diligence and METH HEADS ALL AROUND! THE SUPERVISOR, KACEE, also decided to tell me it isnt her job to answer questions and that NO ONE would talk to me there. Little do they know, my major is homeland security emergency management and as soon as I graduate this summer, I look forward to helping remove the people that are doing the government a disservice by not doing their job. I am not the only one that has this issue with them. I personally think she threw my mail away to try and teach me a lesson. They ARE HORRIBLE

I don't do much "in house business" with the MF PO, but now that I have, I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by one particular employee first name Raquel. My family and I came in to get a passport and read on the door that passports end for the day at 2:30. So we came back the next day at 2:10 and you would think that we insulted this lady. All we knew is that we were there prior to 2:30, again, 2:10 and asked about getting passports for the family. We were quickly informed that it was impossible to get the family passports completed as the staff decreased at 2:30. The place was empty at the time. We were informed that there was enough time for one of us could get it completed. So we agreed to that. While starting our application, we were repeatedly interrupted so that Raquel could help other people that walked in the door despite another employee there taking care of the line. As it go busy, she proceeded to announce to everyone that she was sorry that she was dealing with a "late" passport request causing everyone to look at us like we did something wrong as expressed via Raquel. This was totally unacceptable as number one we were not late, the cut off states 2:30 and we were there at 2:10 to get one passport completed. We were treated as if we were a problem for partaking in a service that our tax dollars support and that was offered at this location. Again, our process was interrupted 3 times for Raquel to help others while we waited on her. I question the way this has been set up for customer service. Just like everyone else there, we were there to be treated with respect and good customer service. Under Raquel, that was not accomplished and again she was clear in her expressions that she was frustrated about something she had no right to inflict upon us. I bit my tongue not to say something right then and there but wanted to express how poor the service was in dealing with her. Everyplace may have a bad apple as I know when my wife and children returned for their passports even after waiting over an hour (which again just is not good customer service and appears to be an issue on an administrative level and having the proper amount of help, an hour is excessive) Raquel went to lunch and Lisa and Tania helped them get their passport in a very welcoming and professional manner. Thank you to Lisa and Tania. Hopefully your example of good customer service will rub off on those who need help with it.

Y'all think m.f.post office is bad....try dealing with the Kingsland "post office"(?) OMG. Incompetent doesn't begin to describe the staff there. And plain RUDE on top of it! How many times does one have to put in a change of address in a community this small? And actually RECEIVE mail at New address? Jury still out, it's been 3 times so far for me. Anyway....smh.

I have never complained about my mail deliver in 68 years; however, the errors in my neighborhood are beyond an inconvenience. For months, I have received my neighbors mail and they have received mine incorrectly. Thankfully, we know each other well enough to simply take the mail to the correct address. BUT, for two consecutive days last week, my mail was delivered to a neighbor who is not as friendly to me as the others. Obviously, mail is personal. I do not want people I know or do not know to know my personal business. Please discuss with the mail carrier for Live Oak Drive in Pecan Valley the importance of the house numbers on our mail. The numbers are clearly printed on my mail box. I don't mind if it is a little late; just deliver it to the correct box.

This post office has illiterate and incompetent workers. I never receive my mail and always receive the wrong address's mail. This is despite numerous calls to the post office and being shrugged off as substitute drivers, and too many frequent address changes (when this has been happening over the past year that i've lived here), and the fact that i've got a day-glow pink sticker in my mailbox with my address and last name printed on it. I cannot trust Marble Falls to deliver any of my bills correctly, or mail out anything of mine. Worst town ever.

I've been verbally harassed by the mail man who thinks it's okay to not deliver my mail just because I supposedly don't get that much of it. Last I checked it was necessary to deliver the mail to it's correct destination REGARDLESS of the quantity. Previously, I have received packages that were opened, not received bills, and my bank card renewals have been dropped off in my neighbors mail boxes. The incompetency of the postmaster Allen Smith to fail to correct and fix these issues my neighbors and I have been facing over the past year, is truly ridiculous.

When I went to go to renew my passport, I was handed an application despite having one with me already filled out that I informed the staff about & told I could just mail it. I was there during the time one could apply for a passport. There was a family of 4 getting there passports renewed that was being helped. I was told they had to close by noon & their passports would take until 11:45. That's 5 minutes per passport which means they would have been done with me with 10 minutes to spare. No, I'm sorry. Just rude & disrespectful. I've been in to busy post offices where there was a long wait to be helped where the service was helpful & friendly. Guess there is rudeness in the south after all.
