I had a package that was confirmed delivered in tracking info on Sep. 2, but it never made it to my mailbox. The seller says unfortunately they can not help. They told me to ask the post office. I'll never find it now. I wonder who is enjoying what I ordered....

When I arrived at our business on N LHS Drive this morning, February 9, 2021, part of our mail was in the ditch. I do not appreciate having to walk along Highway 69 at 7:00 am to pick up mail that the carrier dropped and was too lazy to get out of the vehicle and pick it up. I expect a response back on this in a timely manner or I will be contacting the Office of Inspector General.

I have been waiting on a package for 4-5 days that says delivered to the Lumberton post office at 6am several days ago.

i have not been geting my mail . i get seles papers then once a week ill get a big stack .and ive orderd some stuff that they was delivered that i did not get.i didnt get my light bill one month and got a double bill thats happend 2 times.i would like to know whats the problum.

you need to make sure your mail people bring bigger orders to the doors of people’s houses. the mail guy shoved a big package into our box and has now messed up a christmas gift i ordered. i expect you guys to refund me for it or replace it free of cost.

Mail lady is putting my mail in the mail box next door at least 3 times a week. I had mail in my mail box to be picked up. I was standing there watching. She drove past my mail box with flag up never opened mail box.

Here we are AGAIN! Shipment shows that my package was delivered and IT'S NOT HERE! Damn USPS delivered it to the wrong house! How hard is it for y'all to read the name on the address and verify that it's correct BEFORE you drop off someone else's stuff to the WRONG HOUSE! Idiots!

I am not getting all my mail. 2nd month in a row that over half of my normal monthly mail has not shown up. I have verified my mailing address with the companies and it is correct. What is going on with our mail service

I mailed 3 letters at the outgoing mailbox at the end of Marble Falls Dr in Lumberton Texas exactly one week ago. 1 was going to New Jersey and the other 2 going LaPort Texas. Neither recipient has had the letters delivered to them. Is the mail really that slow? I can understand weather delay for New Jersey but nothing has happened in Texas to delay delivery. I need to know what happened to my mail. I had a witness who saw me mail it last Sunday.
