This post office was so reliable, they must have hired the "newcomers", because now packages are being lost and stolen. Still haven't' received my gift for Mother's Day, which was supposedly delivered on the 9th of May. The Cricket station, (downtown location), is still at the top of the list for theft. The government at work!

I am asking the same question everyone here is asking in why this post office will not answer their phone. I was supposed to receive a package that did not get delivered and wanted to see why. Here's a good waste of our tax dollars in action.

Well, well….Singer will NOT answer their United States Postal phone! Yet, by my incessant calling, Singer took the phone off the hook! I am just trying to find out the reason WHY our mail was NOT delivered on 11/3/22 when in Informed Delivery it stated we were to get seven (7) pieces of mail, and ONE of those was very important. But….can anyone get an answer to WHY our mailman did NOT deliver our mail, or where it is? No! We are made to wait! Then we are MADE to notify the company that we did NOT receive what they sent USPS is just like everything else that is broken in our government. You just canNOT trust anyone!

Why does the Singer Station have a phone? They NEVER answer it!! And why do they have the “hold mail” option when they NEVER deliver my mail when directed to? Worst PO office ever!! To me, this reflects on whoever is “in charge” ~ and lack of management abilities. 😡😡😡😡

We live at 10022 Urbana, 79424. Our bottom bin boxes are so dirty that the locks will NOT open. I have injured my index finger three time trying to get them open. I made several attempts by phone to get this issue resolved. I spoke with our carrier and she said, "that's just the way it is out here in the dust". I had to drive to get another carrier to open it for me. He said they just need to be serviced and cleaned regularly. Also, I have tracked packages that say delivered and not received them until much later. Myself and others are not very pleased! Thank you for your consideration about this matter.
