Carrier didn't knock on door for certified letter just left notice he didn't deliver because it needed a signature. Can't call post office anymore. There's just a nonsensicle robot. No customer service. No person. So I have to drive to the post office to speak with someone because carrier didn't want to walk 20 ft. To my door.. Dejoy must go.

A male in a red hoody stole my my income tax return. The mail person placed it on TOP of my mail box in plane view of the street. Two more steps and it could have been placed on the porch out of plane view. This is on the USPS carrier as well as the thief.

I have a Christmas gift that has been sitting at the Lubbock PO since Dec 12 in route to Atlanta. There's no excuse as to why it's still sitting there not being processed. Obviously my son will not receive his gift for Christmas.

I have had nothing but issues with this post office! A few semester ago my textbook was never delivered. The employee at the post office was rude and condescending and refused to look for the book in their mail room. Turns out it was there the whole time. Now, one of our packages wasn't delivered. The reason we got was 'Wasn't able to access your building' We live in a house. I watched the USPS truck drive by my house!

I recently moved to Slaton, TX. 79364. We cannot get our mail delivered!!! When we moved into our house we received a notice taped to our front door informing us that we have to install a mail box at the curb. The side walk in front of our house is right next to the curb, there is no place to put a mail box unless we want to break up the side walk. We place a mail box at the very edge of our yard and were told that it was not close enough to the street. Today, 10/27/2017, my husband watched the mail carrier deliver mail to the house next door, to the mail box attached to the house. Then the mail carrier walked past out house, going as far as to step off the curb - not even walk on the side walk and then go to the house on the other side and deliver the mail to that house at their mail box that is attached to the building. We are trying to comply with what the post office is telling us to do but we do not believe we can dig up the side walk. We are not sure if it is considered "our property" or if it is city property. Do we really have to dig up the side walk to get our mail delivered???????

The last couple of weeks mail is being delivered to the wrong address. On the 2600 block of Auburn 79415. Neighbors are exchanging mail, chasing the carrier to return mail, I don't know if everyone in the carriers route is experiencing the same issues. Please correct, thank you in advice.
