How can we get a cluster box for our road? We will have 10 residences down our road and the current mailboxes are reported to be unsafe on CR258 especially with new construction on the road.

The representative at the desk was very helpful today in helping me to obtain keys for my mail box in Santa Rita ranch. Another individual (maybe a supervisor) (an army veteran) drove to meet me to unlock the box so I could retrieve my mail. He gave me new keys on the spot. Some of these reviews have not been so positive, but my experience today could not have been more pleasant. Thank you!!!

Moving to Liberty Hill and its sounds like the Post Office has some issues. Seems like they don't hire born and raised Texans. From my experience visiting, Texans are very nice.

Please Please, Your postal drivers really need some help!!! 1.Driving from the Post Office to Destination! 2.Look at the mail really Close, Read Address of Recipient!! 3.50% of my mail that is paid for ends up in Other Mail Boxes!! That is not my Mail Box! Now I have become the Postal Service!!

One of the delivery people put a package in the mailbox that was supposed to have a signature confirmation. The person's name that was listed as having signed for the package did not, in fact, sign for the package. I believe that the postal worker just said that someone signed for it.

I live on Blessing Ranch Road and I am not sure if it is the ones who sort the mail or deliver it, but more than one occasion our neighbor's mail is put in our box. I understand mistakes happen from time to time, but this is happening quite often. I have made it a habit to check my mail before I get to the house with it, so I always put my neighbor's mail back in the box and raise the flag. Sorry neighbor if your mail is delayed getting to you.

On 7/12/2019 I had a violin delivered and the Carrier for Ranch Rd 200 left my violin in the road for someone to take or a car to run over. I don't understand why she couldn't do her job and get out of her vehicle to bring my package to door instead of leaving it on road like it was garbage.

I had a lady carrier come into my driveway to drop off a package today. My 12 yr old goes out to meet this lady and my dogs are barking. Instead of using common sense and asking if my dogs bite or asking my son to take the package from her, she gets out of her car and tells my son “I CAN HAVE HIM PUT DOWN” I hear her and come out and tell her to “CHILL OUT” and she starts mocking me say “chill out” and starts yelling as she is getting into her car. I yelled at her to find another job. She reversed out of my driveway like a maniac, and sped off. She passed up and reversed infront of my driveway a couple of times, and sped of at an unsafe speed. What a weirdo. I have NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH UPS, FEDEX, or any other USPS carriers. That lady needs a vacation. Very unprofessional, negligent, and rude.

Was it "Anita" in the red jeep? She is a B???:+h. She ran into my landscape next to my mailbox last week. I asked her boss (Post Master Sheri Robinson) How to file a complaint on her. I asked Sheri who is paying for the damages to my landscape? she said, "Not me, or Anita". The next day I got a written notice in my box to "remove the landscape". I'm looking for the Area Supervisor, Shannon Versitci. for answers.

We here at 122 Bailey Ln. is the worst service. my mail has been put in someone else box. quite a few times, and I also get other peoples mail in my box. I am missing a check that should be here in September, and another check was put in someone other than mine so she does not pick up her mail for 3 or 4 days. I am expecting a important letter, should have been here 10-3-18. our mail service is sorry at the best. i need my check and letter.

I have had numerous post offices and have enjoyed numberous clerks in making every effort to assure that my mail begets to me and is safe. All was well until I started using Liberty Hill. The laziest clerks, rude, and have no desire to help resolve issues. Even this is a small town, the services is grotesque, abrasive, and angry.

I’m sure there are a lot of hardworking postal employees in the back of facility & in the field, however the older women at the L.H. post office are SLOW!!! My goodness, they do give a bad name to government union employees & reasons why it doesn’t work efficiently.

Turn around in Liberty Hill! I had an issue with a package delivery and got a call directly from Carrier plus a follow up call a couple days later from the supervisor! It seems Liberty Hill is striving to turn around these reviews and provide great service! I'm pretty happy they are taking the time to call customers and striving to provide good service, I'm sure its a thankless job.

Had an incident with the delivery driver. She hits everything in her path and has even admitted to hitting things like mail boxes on her route. She said she hits curbs and trees and there's damage all over her vehicle. I just hope she doesn't hit a kid next.

a lady delivering a package yelled at my minor son and an elderly friend that had stopped by. she said she shouldn't even give us the package. I was told it started when he opened the door and our miniature doxin ran up to her. my son told her he wont bite he is a puppy. she told my son to shut up and go inside. he i guessed smiled and she told him to stop smiling at her. the an elderly friend came out to see what was going on and was told the same thing by this lady. thats when she said i shouldn't even give you your package! what kind of people do you have working here? makes me wonder if she is not stealing packages from people. im currently on hold with the post office. i have been for over 40 min now!!!! the phone number on line is not even the correct number.

where should I start. Postmaster-MIA Carriers-most of them rude (except the one nice lady in the red jeep) clerks-ok One guy in a black truck goes out of his way to help us so he's not included in this but most of these people are rude and lazy.

The laziness and incompetence of this post office is ridiculous. They refuse to deliver packages, have terrible hours, and when we are forced to go pick up packages they are SO cranky and rude. The two main women there seem incredibly put out that they have customers and work to do. Awful customer service, no rapport, and lllaaaazzzzyyyy.

The other "Abused & Lied To , Customer " is Speaking The Truth . This , is The Most Lazy and Intentionally Incompetent and DISHONEST Post Office , I've ever encountered in my life . They Lied " ON THEIR FORM IN WRITING " about a Priority Package being undeliverable and send it back , so they wouldn't have to do their job , and the USPS said they shouldn't have done that , but did nothing about them . As I heard an Abusive Counter Clerk tell his Customer , " Yous jus wastin yos time wit dat complaints form , causins I can'ts be fired . " A pathotic and pathetic situation , our UnGODLY Society has become , indeed . GOD HELP US . . . AND HE'S " ALL " WHO CAN .

Obnoxious, disinterested yokels who are lazy as hell. Especially the woman with the Cajun accent. They hate their jobs and hate you. They lie on their "package picked-up" form and the federal USPS will do f***-all about it. Do whatever you need to your own damn self, because no one here is going to help you with it.
