Found a pink slip for attempted delivery on Sunday. A delivery attempt had been made on Friday, and I had seen the USPS truck drive down the street 40 seconds after the doorbell when I got to the door. Package was to be available for pick up Monday. Tracking number only had 6 digits (a tracking number has 16) and the "sender" spcae on the slip was empty. Stopped by Monday to pick up and they could not find it. They would call me back. No phone call. On Tuesday, they told me the carrier said the package had been left in the fridge (a cell phone) but they couldn't find it. They would keep looking. Tuesday evening I figured out who had sent it, and they gave me the tracking number. It seems the carrier sent the package to Houston on Sunday. As it wasn't theirs, they sent it to the distribution center north of Houston. Wednesday morning it arrived in LJ but was not marked as out for delivery. When I called at 10:35, Laura was not in. The woman that helped me had to call the carrier to find out she had it on her truck. Though she drove within a half block of my house as part of her normal delivery route, it took her another 1 1/2 hours to deliver No doorbell, just dropped it on my porch and ran. I have tried to call Laura twice to let her know the delivery was finally made, but she has been out of the PO. I counted over twelve people and several hours were spent tracking this package. If only the carrier had taken the 60 seconds it takes to write down a tracking number. I would have fired her a...

I'm at 111. We have neighbors all around us like 109, 120, and even 122. I checked my mail today and saw all of 109's mail in my box. Was the postal employee that I saw dropping off my mail too lazy to walk next door to drop their mail off. I don't own next door or even the house's surrounding me so why would you give me 109s. Her mailbox is on her porch. I walked up there and put her mail up there for her. I tried calling the usps location that services my location and not one operator answered to let the post office know I'm not the community mailbox. Fix this.

Supposed to have a package come in, says it was delivered Friday Aug 14 2020 at 4:44pm & nothing. Here we are August 20 & I just left the post office, they took my name & number 2 days ago, said they would call & nothing. Basically the lady told me to continue to wait, but I find it ridiculous that a package can make it all the way from the East coast to this post office but yet I dont have it........ F this place

I bought an item on Ebay at a sale price. Tracking said delivered on July 13th. On 15th, I asked about it. Post master says come back tomorrow, he'll look for it, also that he didnt have a problem reimbursing me. I showed him the $9.49 total. Item plus shipping. He said that was not a problem. He wanted to ask the guy working on 13th if he found it. Friday morning I call & he's in conference but told he's closing that day. I came in at 3:30pm. Was told he was out of building. Today is Sat. Waited for 15 min then told by a worker to sign a piece of paper that would give me my $ back. She gave me $5.40 . Then said "We dont pay for shipping". I told her post master said I would get total . She said no, no shipping. When I looked at my receipt, it was a refund for stamps! They lied & cheated me out of refund.

We have been experiencing the same thing. Mail is constantly mis delivered to the wrong box - or the package key get put on other's box. It seems to be getting worse! Not sure what can be done but its getting ridiculous

this post office and its post master are garbage. my mail has been returned as undeliverable for 2 months now even though i have lived at the same address for over 25 years. when i call to fix this problem the post master is mysteriously unavailable and all i am told is that my mail SHOULD be being delivered. But no one seems to be able to fix this major problem
