Apparently someone likes Bath and Body. This is the second pkg in 2 weeks that was not delivered. The Post office does NOT answer the phone during normal business hours and the CHAT function redirects you to a site that requires payment for their service. Horrible customer service…

I just called the La Marque, TX post office and no one answered. The package I am missing was purported to be delivered yesterday at 7:30 pm but the mail came at 3:30 and no package then either. I will file a complaint.

I always get my mail on time. I am very happy with the service I am receiving. Each postal carrier that comes by is always courteous, quick with a smile, and timely. I have absolutely no complaint whatsoever.

I had an important package that was delivered that required a signature. No notice paper was left at my door. I was waiting all day for this package. No one rang my doorbell. I have motion detection and no one was at my front door. They just wrote on the message “attempted to deliver” that is a lie!! I drove around the neighborhood for about an hour looking for the USPS and I couldn’t find them. Horrible service! I can attempt to reschedule a delivery but if they didn’t deliver it today what makes me think they’ll deliver it !!??? Ima have to go pick it up myself at the post office.

This Post Office is horrible. This is my third package this month to be lost. I have had to go out of my way to track down each of my packages. I have called multiple times and they keep say they will call me back by the end of the day. Yet, I never receive a call back. I have heard 3 different stories about why they can't find my package.

I put my mail on hold because I was out of state. The hold ended yesterday and I expected my mail today but it was not delivered. Please have my mail delivered to my front door in a box. Thank you.

Horrible service. I received a package today that aa empty. The end had been cut open and the contents removed. Someone stole it. I’ve been trying to call the Post Office all day and no answer. I’m going to go and demand my money back. Stealing contents is wrong.

Up until this past month or so, I've had no complaints about mail delivery. The times have fluctuated regarding delivery... but, I know that can happen when someone is on vacation or out sick and someone else is covering the route. However, three times in the past 3 weeks, Tracking has reported my packages as delivered [to various locations such as garage, porch, mailbox) or listed as undeliverable to safe location even though the package was small and fit easily into the mailbox. Two of the packages were delivered a day or two later. I filed a complaint for the this package and noticed tracking was changed to delivered (but it was not) 2 days ago. Interesting because I called yesterday and they were searching for the package. Today, it's reported as being delivered 2.5 hours after the rest of my mail. I'm losing confidence in the integrity of USPS.

I am very upset. On 4/17/17, my mail did not arrive at the usual time. It is usually in my outdoor mail box when I return home from work about 4:30pm. However, on this date that was not the case. Later someone passing by saw something hanging out of my mailbox. The mailman had put a very important item in the box and it did not fit. So he left the box open and the item hanging out. I am so glad, the person hang my doorbell and brought it to me, because I thought I had no mail for the day and would never have gone back outdoors to look. Shortly there after we had a lot of rain, and the paper item would have been ruined by the rain. As grateful as I was to the "passerby, " I am just that upset with the postman. I am aware it was not the normal one that has my route. He is never this late in the day.
