I called to check on a PO box, on a Saturday at 11:52 and they answered after the first ring. The young lady was very helpful, she gave me all the information I needed, without me even asking questions. Thanks
WOW ! All I can say is who is running this establishment? Worse customer service. I am always getting the wrong mail....ALWAYS. Can these delivery drivers read? How hard is it to drop mail off in the correct mail box???
Absolutely the worst customer service. They are returning mail back to the senders because they claim I have "too many" first names???!!! How can they not know that Christopher, Chris, Christopher Jon, and C.J. aren't all the same person? Who is in charge of this place?
I'm continually getting mail that isn't even addressed for my street and I'm not getting mail that I've been expecting. My mail is probably being delivered to a different street as well and that person isn't returning it. I always return the mail to the carrier that was delivered wrong. Wish the post office would get their act together. In the two years I've been out here, it happens almost weekly. Guess I'll start using a PO Box so I can get my mail delivered properly....hopefully!
I am worried about the mailman delivering after 7:00 pm. My mail is being sat in my mailbox all night and I have mailing going out that contains my checks in them. I do not feel good having my mail with checks sit in the mailbox all day with the flag up, then the mail man delivers my mail late at night where people can come still my mail over night. I am going to stop using USPS.
The service provided by many of the USPS employees is precisely why there will come a day when they go belly-up and they all have to find another job. Many of them are so rude, the postage rate seems to rise constantly, and the service gets worse and worse. Hey USPS employees, think for a minute...when the older generation is gone, who will use your service? My family already receives all of our bills through email and pay them using online bill-pay. The only thing we ever get from USPS (besides poor service) is junk mail, and I think we will be able to get along just fine without THAT. Good luck!
How do I contact the Postmaster....NOW????? I have had it and am beyond furious with what has been going on with our mail lately....and it takes A LOT to infuriate me!!!!You would almost believe someone who literally hates us, is now working there!
Got a new driver back around April. The last mailman had our mail in the box no later than 1PM, the current moron's average time is between 6:30 and 7:20PM. I routinely see that POS shopping in CVS and actually hanging out in the quickie mart while he's supposed to be doing his job. I've written and called the main office about 3 dozen times since June, but as expected, nothing has been done, and being a govt job, he's probably gotten a raise.
For the first time in 3 years my family went on vacation and we put the mail on hold. When we got back i went to the post office to put our mail back on delivery mode i rang the bell that you are supposed to ring to pick up items and mail, then stood there a few minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter no one ever showed up after a few minutes i rang the bell again and waited a few more minutes and still no one showed up to help so i went and stood in like for about 10 minutes to find out the person behind the counter waiting on people tell me when i finally get up there that they could not help me i have to go ring the bell again so i am know steaming after waiting 15 minutes to get our mail and not being able to get anything accomplished then i see a lady come in and ring the bell a couple times and the guy finally comes up to help her and he tells her to ring the bell three times to let him know it is someone he has already talked to i finally get back to the bell and ring it about 6 times to have the guy come back up a few minutes later and of course he is rude as can be he is a black man who i have seen there before and know he is talking to a white man and is nice enough to tell me he cant help out any time he likes because he is a super visor and has to run the office as well as work behind the counter i then asked his name and he tell ms his name i ask about his supervisor and he says his name is all i need. i bet he did not want to have another complaint against him.
Nearly every month, I am contacted by a credit card company, hospital, or car loan company that my mail was sent back to them because I moved. I have not moved and am tired of paying late fees for the carrier is too lazy to put the mail in the correct slots. It seems to always happen when there is this one substitute lady.
I remembered after I went to the Kingwood post office why I do not go into that location anymore. The black gentleman there is so raciest against white people that he ruined my entire day, again, because I was a bother to him because I am white. I took my letters and left without doing what I came to the post office to do. I am going to another location to be helped by someone who is not raciest. If you are white and are waited on by the black gentleman WAIT FOR SOMEONE ELSE OR GO TO ANTOTHER LOCATION.
I am missing a package that the tracking number shows was delivered. Tried to the call the number posted (281-913-1999) over two days and no one answered it. It does not go to voice mail. On the third day, it is constantly busy as if it is off the hook. I believe I now understand what happen to my package.
Yes. The phone number "clicks" as if answered then hangs up after about 10 seconds. They must think they're doing a great job as they get no complaints, eh? I'm looking to find what happened to a certified letter I mailed to Kingwood TX for which delivery was attempted to a business on a Saturday ... it was closed of course ... and now no tracking updates for days.
