I'm a new resident in the area that called multiple time for basic mailbox information. Nobody ever answers. I shouldn't have to take time off from work just to drive to their office and be told which mailbox is mine. Please contact me back or answer the phone. Based on other reviews I doubt my packages will even be there once I get this figured out. Terrible experience.
I have a packaged that needs a signature. Carrier left orange paper at the door, I signed it put it in my mailbox for carrier to take and bring my packaged back. Bc that’s how that works. A week later the orange slip is still in my mailbox and carried just keeps putting mail in without taking the slip and bringing my package. Post office closes before I get off of work and I work six days a week. I tried calling but I don’t think their phone works. Jarrell P.O., pls deliver my package.
You have to take the paper to the post office. They have to hand over anything that needs to be signed for

Newspaper is not being delivered ... when questioned the lady said what papers??? She then said a lot of people did not get their paper.Newspaper office stated they have had problem with Jarrell.
Packages that are marked as delivered are not and no notice we have to ask them to look for package and then they have some excuse when it is found on some shelf
They always mark my Amazon packages as delivered left in mailbox, but I never get my packages. You can't call them because they never answer the phone and their hours are horrible because they are only open when everyone else is at work and they close for lunch. I understand that they are a business as well, but it would help a great deal if they would at least answer the phone.
Jarrell is a growing town, It's time to put on big boy and girl pants and extend the hours to at least 5 PM. And stay open during lunch when most folks can get to the post office!
Supposed to have received a package today. There was a key in my mail box, but when I opened the parcel lock box it was empty. This was a pretty expensive item. That no one can use other than myself. It probably was put in the wrong box or I was givin the wrong key, but hopefully I get the actual package or my neighbors are honest.
This happened to me yesterday. Package was delivered I opened my mailbox to find my parcel key only to open the parcel box with a blatenly open package box and no product inside.

they leave the key in your box when u have a pkg that they put in the bigger box, but the stupid fkn things aren't labeled, well, they are, with hand written marker that wore off a year ago WTF?!?! WHY DONT U LABEL YOUR SH!T SO WE CAN GET OUR MAIL???
