Don’t offer a phone number if y’all are to busy to answer it!!! I called 15 times! My niece is trying to mail me something and it keeps getting returned due to my address being vacant. I’m at 304 Lincolnshire Dr irving tx 75061. Please correct this, if you even read these things!

I received an "undeliverable" attempt made because the carrier came to the place of business, City of Irving, City Hall which has business hours of M-F, 8a-5p.The instructions on USPS say for me to contact the Carrier. I have been calling MULTIPLE TIMES (at least 10) today, Wednesday, March 31, 2021 beginning at 1:01p.m. to the Main Irving location at (972) 986-6997 and NOT ONE PERSON WILL PICK UP THE PHONE!!!! I understand being busy, but CUSTOMERS are also REQUIRING ASSISTANCE VIA PHONE!!!

I live at 810, Lake Carolyn PKWY,Irving TX 75039. We received a notice that a bill was three weeks late. I went down to the mailboxes and it was in an “outgoing mail” box a long with a lot of other mail that was not picked up! We noticed that there was no lock on the box, that is how I got into it. We put everyone else’s mail in outgoing box with no lock. It would only take a second for the mail person to check these boxes as they do say outgoing mail.

Horrible service, live in TX but everytime my mail is routed to IRVING, TX, it gets sent to another town or even worst another state. Sorry sorry customer service.

According to tracking info, a package arrived at Irving Processing Center on February 23, 2021. It is still there today, Sunday, February 28th.. I understand that there will be delays due to winter storm. How long are the delays now?

I sent a package from Leander tx Dec 17 2020 arrived in Irving on Dec 22 2020 and is still there according to the tracking, I want to know where my Christmas gifts that I sent to Tallmadge Ohio is and why have they not been shipped , it is now Jan 11 2021 , the box was sent priority and was told it would be there by Christmas, I am really upset since there are handmade items in it for my grandkids.

This is what happens when the Federal Government is involved in ANYTHING. They screw it up. There is nothing lazier than USPS workers. Lazy, lazy, lazy. These lazy, worthless pieces of filth won't even pick up their PHONE! I am a COMMERCIAL location, and we are supposed to get our mail FIRST, BEFORE RESIDENTIAL. Over the past 2 weeks, we have had our mail delivered a grand total of FOUR DAYS, and it has arrived AFTER 5 PM ON ALL FOUR OF THOSE DAYS. WORTHLESS. Time for privatization and to FIRE EVERY LAST USPS WORKER, AND DENY THEM THEIR PENSIONS. LAZY, WORTHLESS PARASITES ALL.

I have a package that was supposed to be delivered to my home address. It was mis-directed on April 17 from the Irving post office @ 75061 back to the Coppell sort facility. It was received in Irving again on April 21, 2018. Now the status shows that I have to pick it up at the post office. This is ridiculious! I paid for it to be delivered to my home.

I live at 1512 Maple St in Irving 75060 I do not think that I am receiving all my mail. We have a new postal person and our quantity of mail has gone down considerably and I am not getting some of my packages.

Worse service ever! Attempted to process my sons passport. First Lisa told us we couldn't put the car seat on the counter. Ok. Then we could only use debit check money order to process. ok. I said debit. She attempted to use money order. Um no you are not charging me for money order when I said debit. Then before she took the application I asked to see the birth certificate to take a picture of it for other travel purposes. She said no because it belongs to the government now after process. She had it in her possession the whole time when could I have gotten it from her? She said "if we had listened to instructions...". The only instructions you gave us were NONE!!!! We gave her the required documents and she processed the payment. No instructions whatsoever. We talked to Debbie the supervisor for a refund, she said no, those are the rules. We were not given verbal instructions or rules or even signed to acknowledge of any!!! This establishment is supervised by incompetent inconsiderate people!!! Please never use this location in hopes it shuts down for future use of better utilization of land! I'd rather pay more money to ups fed ex, a snail for better service!
