We have a problem with delivery personnel. Our regular person is a nice Hispanic. He goes out of his way to pick up and deliver. A young black lady who substitutes only delivers mail. If a resident has postage in the box that she delivers to it is picked up. If she had no mail to deliver she does not pick up even with a flag indication. She excuse is "I did not see the indicator. My mail box flag moves and indicates horizonally. I am mailing pictures. Another white male does the same. My outgoing mail has been missed many times. I am not he only one. A neighbor across the street has approached this black lady also. This black lady also is always in a hurry to deliver and get off work.
