Do y'all not answer your phone. Ive been calling nonstop for hours during regular business hours and no answer. It's important.

Once again the mail carrier could not find our house and my package was returned to the manufacturer. I spoke with 7 of my neighbors and they had no mail service that day either. Postal employees can't be fired for not doing their job so complaining always falls on deaf ears. If you call to inquire about your mail and if someone answers the phone you are put on hold indefinitely.

Our postal carrier, for Satsuma Estates, definitely needs to be retrained. A week does not go by without him placing the wrong mail in our box. I have put mail in the box with a note and the next day he will deliver to us again. As if that were not enough, the driver refuses to deliver our certified mail or packages that require signatures. He simply places a "sorry we missed you" note in the mailbox and drives off, I guess pulling in the drive and walking 10 steps to the door is too much work. I have tried to call the station several times; unfortunately, no one ever answers the phone. This has got to be the worst station in the city.

We have never experienced such poor postal service! We are a business that works in the business of catering to customer service for all types and sizes of customers, both personal and professional. I am currently sitting on hold again all because we continue to not have our mail delivered. They claim that the carrier that worked our route is gone so now the only way we get our mail is if another carrier decides to deliver it. The lack of concern from this postal location is effecting our finances & this is unacceptable! Instead of someone genuinely trying to help us solve this problem, we get left on hold listening to the auto hold message. We need someone to contact us asap to resolve this massive problem.

We went for passport renewal! Made 9am appointment. They asked us to wait. We waited till 9:30am. They almost did not want to help us. The lady very rudely said, you need to wait, we will call you. She said you wait at Doctors office, wait here too. She said the appointment means nothing.

We made 9am passport renewal appointment. The lady who does the passport renewal did not even get in till 9:30am. We are asked to wait indefinitely. Horrible service.
