USPS refused and lied about attempting to deliver my Amazon package, because they said it was to heavy. Instead of lying they could have told the truth so I could make other arrangements. My own brother works at USPS and told me how they lie. Telling them I'm disabled made them even more rude I miss my regular carrier who was off today.

My carrier is on his phone when I have gone to get my mail several times. My mail is dropped in the neighbors box, I don't receive my packages, he doesn't leave the key, he put an expensive package in the drop box and left the key in that drop box. Anyone could have taken my package. I've complained several times about the sloppy delivery. I now am complaining about a delivered package that was not delivered to MY box. This is so exhausting. DO YOUR JOB!

Our on going problem is worse. My mail is being put in no less than 4 other people mail box. The proper authorities have been notified because you were not able to solve the problem. 15 peace's of my mail was put in the wrong box last night, enough is enough. Charles Alongi

I would like to know why the outside drive up mailbox was removed recently.

My wife and I want to compliment our regular carrier, Cynthia. She has been so helpful on many occasions in holding our mail and in other postal matters. Also, she is very friendly and courteous. Please make sure that this to the right person so that she is recognized for being such a good representative of the postal service.

"Norma" is one of the rudest people I've had the displeasure of speaking to over the phone. Her attitude and tone were so offensive that I asked her to watch the way she was speaking to me. There is no reason to speak to callers the way she did. I'm more than willing to take NO as an answer to my question. What I am not willing to take is complete disrespect.

The postman in the near jersey village location sucks. He never collects our outgoing mail. I have the flag raised, he only lowers the flag and inserts the new mail. He has done this many times. I've been on the complicated Fairbanks IVR for over 20 mins trying to speak someone but it is difficult to get through to anyone. Now I am on hold for the next 10 mins. Very frustrating...

Recently received mail saying I owed money for over 100 circulars being put in the mail. No one of this agency has put anything in peoples mailboxes or to be distributed by anyone else. Curious if this is a scam since the first number on the letter was long out of service and the second number lead to someone simply demanding I pay even though they showed no proof or authority. Is someone using your office to send out scams or is this relevant and something that needs to be handled. Repeating though, no one associated with this company has sent, place, delivered anything into peoples private or public mailboxes and if something has happened as such I believe there should be a better process before placing demands on your citizens.

My wife and I went there 7 weeks ago for passports. Got the paperwork filled out, got passport pictures taken and took the oath. This last Friday my wife and I got letters from the US Department of State stating our passports were not issued due to our pictures of us wearing glasses. They charged us for the photos and now we have to go get and pay for new pictures taken somewhere else. This is a US passport application center, you would think they would know what they are doing. I even saw her review the pictures with the postmaster. No wonder people hate the post office!!!!!

worse service, our mail carrier will not deliver packages and will say she delivered them. AND no matter how much you complain to the post master, they won't do anything. She's old. She also leaves the door to the mail open, so its free for everyone. The post office doesn't care.

This place lost my package, and all they had the nerve to tell me was that it was dropped off and there is nothing else they can do about it, Maybe someone will turn it in. The carrier claimed to have taken a picture of the item, but when I asked to see the picture, she said it was in her phone and she had just lost that phone. What a joke for a post office.

Today I was in the post office about 1:15 PM, for a 1:45 appointment for a passport application. As I waited, I observed the three women clerks waiting on customers. They were fantastic--helpful, courteous, efficient. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased--as were the people using the post office's services.

The service is the worst that I've ever experienced. The employees of this station act like the customer is a bother rather than serve the people that pay their salaries. They even removed the phone number from the face of the building so disatisfied customers wouldn't call in to complain.
