This is another chapter of the ongoing unpleasant saga of dealing with this post office when mail has to be signed for. A prescription claimed to be attempted delivery on July 29. We were here all day. Nobody came to the door. Email from USPS informed us to schedule a delivery. Rescheduled for July 30 online. Also put signed deliver slip in mailbox. Package did not arrive. Slip was picked up. Called August 1 and spoke to Jason who located the package and assured me it would be delivered August 2. It did not come. I contacted the RX company to resend any way except USPS. I can’t wait for the Beechnut USPS to do their job. Horrible post office. And has been for the past 20 years.

My package is missing. I went 3 times to pick up my package when I had received an arrival notification email from the post office. The post officer sent me back home with reasons, like not ready, to be delivered tomorrow, and sent back to the sender. The post office never held the package for pickup and was sent back next day. The sender notified me yesterday that the package is lost. I'm so disappointed. Christmas gift is gone. The sender doesn't have another one to sell me.

I've had 3 packages go missing that were "delivered " or delivered ro the wrong address. I never get reimbursed for lost packages. I always get other people's mail and just put it back hoping the mail carrier will realize their mistake. It's seriously annoying.

Called twice and was put on hold and they never answered. The third time they said they couldn't understand me I was breaking up so they put me on hold again and again never answered. The fourth time I called they wouldn't answer the phone. Ignorant employees. They should be investigated and fired.

A check and a money I had mailed in the box out front was stolen, and they told me that someone had stolen the master key. So, I stopped payment on the check, but I don't know what happened to the money order. How could someone steal a master key? Wouldn't it have to be someone who worked there?

The mail delivery postwoman came to me asking to pay her for the COD package she delivered yesterday. She looked like she was very sure that was mime and my responsibility to pay, if not she will call police to come to arrest me. Later I showed her the mail pictures in email sent from USPS. There were none of COD package on yesterday. She had no more word to say. But I still lost some mails in last two to three weeks mails on hold. The delivery service man or woman from Beechnut office either delivers mail to the wrong residence, or steal mail for his/her own purpose, like this time, is really unacceptable ! Post office headquarter do very little in screening employees or even in training. Why allowing it happen so often? I hope I won’t see this woman, she makes me feel disgusting!

Be careful with this station, i dropped my mail to pay my bills and were stolen. The culprit managed to erased all the writings and changed it to their name with the new amount.

I was told that beech nut was the location I needed to contact to see why my Mail isn’t being forwarded to my new address. I moved back in March 2020 and did the Mail transfer form online, so I’m not sure what’s going on. But at this point almost a year late and not being able to get some one in the phone I’m going a step higher. This is ridiculous customer service doesn’t exist these days.

Disappointed in receiving a package from Amazon that had been opened and the contents removed. When I called Amazon they said it showed the package being signed as delivered. The only thig next to my name was a marker line. The package was placed in my mailbox and when I heard the truck and immediately went to my mailbox the package was on top of my other mail. When I pulled it out it was empty and had been opened. Who stole my item? The mail carrier or the delivery driver? Whoever it was, they were employed by USPS. It's shameful that there is no integrity or respect for the job or people. Amazon will replace the item but I will be sitting on the curb waiting...….. for the delivery on the day promised and constantly tracking my merchandise.
