Will not deliver a publication to a correct address on their routes. The publisher says this post office states it is an undeliverable address. Not so. Address has been confirmed and the recipient at that address receives other magazines and mail. Called this PO and received only excuses.

These people are so rude and nasty! I constantly have the same issue with the same lady at the desk! Sense when was asking a questions about service a problem? Not only is she ride but she yelled at me infront of everyone as if I was hr child. I'm so disgusted and embarrassed that this happened.

When a delivery states clearly Do Not Bend I feel that should be followed I have addressed this issue twice with Almeda Station. I have delivery of a flat cardboard package with Do Not Bend in one inch letters on both sides. One of of those instructions is under my address. It continued to be forced into my mailbox. I have addressed twice before. After the first one it stopped but only two times. It has never been corrected after the second contact. Further to remove from my mail box is difficult as the edges of the package catches on the rim of the mailbox making it difficult to prevent further bending. The other reason is I have significant arthritis in both hands which causes pain but has also decreased the strength in both hands. As senior citizen in the time of Covid I am glad I don’t often need to go to post office I therefore request the delivery that states do not bend be laced at my door as was previously done. It is not a far walk. And on a rainy day placed at the door and not in the in an area of rain which has happened.

Terrible. Just tear it down and restart somewhere else with new people. They can never deliver mail to the proper address. How??? Isn't there an exam to read numbers? And the community is new, it's basic matching. Customer service is zero. Non-existent.

The Alameda location was a terrible experience for my mother. She needed a translator and one was there but was very rude and disrespectful. She was charged for the package intended to send and it was not sent. It was sent back to her home. The employee and supervisor were there and did not tell her she had the wrong box and allowed for her to pay the price for a package that was not sent. I demand that she at least get an apology and a refund. This location is horrible and the many of the residents can agree. Thank you US postal service for serving your citizens.

I have to agree that this place is a joke from customer service to the carriers. No one can ever help. they never have straight answers to issues. Mail is lost, misplaced or delivered to wrong address. They are protected by the government even though they are rude and unprofessional.

This is a poor excuse of a place...the service is poor, workers are rude, customer service does not exist and your soft-sided packages will be lost or stolen...like NBA tee shirts, mail ordered dresses and blouses. Can't the feds bust this place?

Very unprofessional! Called and was kept on hold for 20 minutes. Called back and didn't acknowledge that I was on hold for so long. Never enough staff, always a line.

This location has the most unprofessional customer service I have every experienced. In order to work there a requirement must be to "POSSESS A f***ED UP ATTITUED".
