My mother was at your post office on 8/14/2014 to get a passport. She is almost 73 years old, and was incredibly nervous about getting her passport. The sweet young lady that helped her was (in my mother's words) "SO SO sweet!" She told my mother "We're gonna get this done and I'm gonna help you! Don't you worry one bit! We'll get this done and you're gonna go on your trip with your daughter and have the time of your life!" I am so incredibly grateful to this young woman for the caring, sensitive, supportive way she treated my mother. Unfortunately, mother couldn't remember the woman's name, but I certainly hope that she sees this and knows how much we both appreciate her and the great job she did.
