When was the last time you went and got mail from the outside mail drop box? I was trying to mail a lot but it was already filled

Sunday delivery, package opened and parts missing. Mail person couldn't have missed it, entire top of package was torn or cut open & he , she, still CRAMMED package in mailbox. Too lazy to bring it up short drive to the back & didn't want me to see Damaged package until they were gone I assume.
