Why on earth do your delivery people leave packages outside the apartment doors at the Island Bay Resort Apartments on Jones Drive in Galveston?!? I specify to leave in mail reception area, lobby or the mail parcel box! People have stolen the packages I send to this address!!

Whomever you have delivering on Sundays is a liar. ALWAYS ....the reason for non delivery is " Carrier is unable to gain access to front door to deliver the package. Please contact the carrier to resolve" This building is open 24/7 with a front desk person available. There is a front door and a back door both of which are automatic sliding glass. They need to stop being lazy and do their job. Seriously.

i have not received mail at my new address since Nov, 26 when i placed my address change. I have made several trips to this post office with negative results. i have talked to route supervisors and a lady who would not let me talk to the postmaster. I'm missing five letters with checks in them. The only way i have been able to receive some of my mail was thru the real estate agent from the company who bought my house. Surely it's not this hard to talk about this problem with the post master

I haven't received any mail since last Wednesday even though My Dashboard indicates that I have mail. Very poor service especially when our regular carrier is off. This post office on Galveston suffers from poor leadership or something. When I ask my regular carrier what happens he just shakes his head and says "Sorry"!

The carrier in my zip code is very incompetent, sorry to harsh, Maybe not attentive enough to do her job? I just moved to a Tiki Island condo in April, I have had 3 incidences with not getting 1 piece of mail and 2 parcels in 4 months. I have tracked all my deliveries.

My address is: 7109 Youpon Dr, Galveston, TX 77551 On Saturday I notice the carrier had parked her mail truck in front of my house. I have tree branches and various items on the curve in front of my house. She parked right on top of it. I ask her not to park on top of my trash. Monday I get home and noticed she had drove over my trash crushing boxes that I had placed on the curve. Would you please ask her not to park her "MAIL" truck on my trash. CLAIM: I will not be responsible for any harm to the postal truck if she incurs damage to the vehicle. THANK YOU, Mail customer.

Please do not close the downtown Galveston Post Office. I read in the Galveston Daily News that cut backs by the Postal Service may result in the 25th Street location being scaled back or closed. I vote that it stays open. I love this Post Office. Please keep it open as a fully operating Post Office.
