March 13, 2018 at 4:15pm, I went to the postal office facility and ask if they had any p o bx open and the male postal clerk just said the complete the form and bring it back. I asked him what I needed to open the po bx and he said "read the form and it tells what you need to do." Then he complain about folks coming into the facility as it was approaching closing time. The male clerk doesn't have any public relation skills and need to be retrained or removed from the clerk position. March 14, 2018 about 10:30 am. my friend and I took an box to be returned to qvc box and said the female postal clerk was rude to her. I am sorry you facility has rude folks on your staff. I really needed to get a p o bx because it is convient to my work place but I guess I will have to spend my money elsewhere.
