I worked at PennTex Industries for 20 years before it closed due to covid-19. In all those years the personnel at the Riverbend location have always done job well in my opinion. In my first year moving to Texas for my new job in 2001, I opened a mail box for me since it was going to be close to my employment. One day when I went in to get some stamps, the postal clerk helping me new my name and had some recent mail for me that hadn’t been placed in my box yet. I was totally impressed by this young woman’s ability to know some of the postal patrons and through the years I formed a friendly bond with her, as we kept each other informed of our work, family issues, and especially our KID’S issues as they grew up. Her name for me is “Frankie” and she puts a good label on what a postal worker and fellow human should be. Just wanted to say thank you to her and the crew.
