The Jack Watson Post Office never answers their phone. I have told them and USPS HQ that all envelopes, parcels and boxes in mail box, or my locked gate. But the carrier leaves PS Form 3849 in my brick mail box. The mail he can't deliver does not require a signature, is not certified, or registered. Please deliver my US Mail. Thanks

Dealing with this usps branch has to be one of the most frustrating ordeals I have ever had. I have had three packages either undelivered to my address or returned to sender and not at my request. I have tried countless times to contact this branch and the phone has never been answered. Not one time. Does anyone actually even work here? I have been living at my address the past 4 months and although I receive my mail along with several other previous occupant's mail. I have labeled my box with my name and still receive other people's mail every day. The fact that I can't receive my packages even though I have confirmed the address was correct on all packages is beyond frustrating and not being able to contact the postal service responsible for delivering the package and leaving "missed you" tags in my box has me seeing red. How can a government agency not have a functioning number? I want my mail people!!! I want to find out why you won't deliver my mail!!! I am thoroughly disappointed in the service of this establishment. Krystal Curry
