The delivery people are plum lazy! They deliver packages on a very busy highway, by places boxes on the ground by mailbox. Too lazy to drive up the drive to place on steps! Good thing we saw our package today before it was blown into the huge ditch! Do your job! If can’t do the job right for Amazon, move over and let someone else do it! Y’all get paid well, have lots of paid holidays, great pensions etc….

This location has the rudest staff, the two old guys have an horrible attitude and are always rude when I have to go in there. I was in line in the office and Danny who was training a lady at the cash register was making disparaging remarks about her, implying she was hired off the streets, has zero intelligence and is incompetent. He berates her and then proceeds to argue with an elderly man who was needing help to make changes to his hold mail order. He refused to help him and dismissed him to serve another customer. The poor trainee witnessed this awful interaction and had to step aside to the next counter to help the elderly man with his request. She was kind, told him she would personally resolve the issue for him. Danny is the one that is in dire need of training, he should not be in customer service arguing with customers and belittling people. His behavior is utterly disgusting & deplorable.

Absolutely the WORST Post office in the state of Texas..Do not give a crap about anything or anyone but quitting time and payday.. They will tell you that to your face.. Doesn't make a difference if you are a bodybuilder or in a wheelchair they treat you as if you were crap..Sorry to see people in this kind of public position be this way and not be able to do anything about it..Wrong mail in box 50 percent of time, Will not assist anyone disabled or not ,they dont give a darn! Will lie to your face...A sorrier bunch of humans don't exit!

Unbelievably rude employees inside working the counters, the two men treat woman very disrespectful! I absolutely hate having to go inside this post office to do anything because of how I am treated. It’s a shame because these are older men that should know better. Flint Tx. Post office
