After receiving a notice that I could pick up my package at this location, the attendant informed me that it was not there, nor did he know where it was. I asked for it to be re-delivered via online and over the phone and nothing. To boot, their phone number is disconnected so I have no way of contacting my local office unless I go out of my way to show up. Terrible service. I realize that the post office is suffering, but come on.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever had at a post office. They need a whole reset of employees. I had to wait 47 minutes to pick up my mail for the 4th time only to have a woman come out and take four customers behind me. I'm still waiting for our mailbox key after 2 and a half weeks. 100% dissatisfied.
