This week I discussed an issue of not getting anyone to come and pick up our mail for the last 2 weeks. The issue was resolved, but today a woman came, knocked on a door, and handed the mail to one of our employees. She did not give us an opportunity to give her the mail (we have lots) to take. I do not understand the issue with coming to the correct door where we have our mail. I know that different people can do the route, but do they not speak to each other to assure the customer is taken care of? We will have to take the mail to the box ourselves for we have a considerable amount of mail going out today. I hope that you can resolve this soon for it is getting rather frustrating for us. I'm trying to get someone to answer the phone. I notice from the other reviews this problem is years old. Our soldiers deserve better. This is a shame, and quite frankly an embarrassment.

I have a package that I've been waiting to receive for several weeks. It finally arrived but, I'm not able to retrieve it because it was put in the dreaded Receptacle #2P. Two other neighbors saw me struggling with it and said that they've reported this key as not opening the box and another neighbor has said that they've had packages left in #2P with the door left ajar. I hate leaving bad reviews but, reporting defective keys or lock boxes directly to the post office workers hasn't seemed to garner any positive results. Please fix the mail box lock on #2P or replace the key on CPL Anthony J Carson Street. Thank you.

I ordered some stuff I need ASAP about a month ago they put the zip code wrong called a few times this past 2 weeks to change it they said it was fixed and that it would be here in less than 3 days. 1 week passed and I still haven't gotten the package apperantly the package has been sent Coppell Tx. Nobody answers and my package is still not here Veeeery disappointed and bad service !

So I called the main 1800 number for the postal service. They gave me the number 915-780-7508. I have called that and it does nothing but ring.. Finally an answering machine picks up and it says to leave a message, then I'm told I can't leave one at this time.. It then prompts me to press 0 for an attendant.. I do that and it tells me a valid attendants number hasn't been entered.. This is ridiculous.. I just wish I could get a human being on the line..

This place is just horrible. They deliver packages without giving you a key. My packages sat in the box for 1 week until i physically had to track down the mail lady to receive it. This happened way more than just a few times. They never answer their phone and when you enter the lobby they are so rude and ignorant. They should consider new employees because the people don't care about their job or customer satisfaction one bit!

The customer service here is poor at best. Waited in line to send a letter and the clerk told the person in front of me that there was too many parcels in the back to look for his, then told me she was going on break and closed her window.

Same issue with the phone number, no answer. I was prompted to leave a message or be transferred but it would not let me transfer. I waited on hold with the USPS for over 20 mins just to have them tell me I have to contact my local PO and now I can't find a good number. If they don't want people to call why list a number.

The number listed above for this post office is not correct. When I called the USPS number above, they gave the Ft. Bliss number as 915-780-7571. On that note, no one picked up at either number. I guess they're too busy to help me set up a PO Box so that I can get my mail forwarded from Germany to Ft. Bliss....
