Ongoing problem, filed change of address for my last address (single), started getting family's mail. New problem, moved to new place, advised all businesses and friends of new address. No mail at all! Complained, got spotty service. Suggested that because former resident and I share similar last names, they might be mistakenly sending my mail to him. Oh no, they assured me. Guess what? They are forwarding my mail to him. Got a business to call me when a letter to me from them was returned to them. Sure enough, there is a forwarding address on it to the former resident! Spoke to 4 "supervisors" and the best they can do is speak to the carrier? Can I take legal action?
Sorry bastards. No one answers the phone at any location. The postman dumped a box in front of the gate and left. When confronted, he said "prove it". The service with USPS SUCKS. We'll be shipping with UPS. Screw the USPS.
No wonder the postal service is losing money their service Is getting really bad. Fast to offer services that they cannot fulfill. Try calling usps and no one will answer your calls. Hopefully they will eventually lose their jobs maybe then will they reflect on the type of service they gave.
Getting bad?? Their customer service staff and mail service have Always been bad.. And it's mainly due to their Horrific Staff. But their prices are not bad, they just need to hire friendlier and less rude staff..
