Please let my carrier know she is appreciated. She just walked by. Although so jot outside she was so helpful and polite. I want her professionalism and humanity to be recognized

Yes, the delivery person left one of the doors open for several boxes at SunSet Villa Apartments just a few minutes ago. My box and a lot of others are at risk. Need someone to take care of this ASAP

My 311 Willowbrook neighbor and I have gotten each other's mail several times in last few days. Can this be corrected, or do I need some sort of formal complaint form to fill out?

I mailed a check to the City of Dallas from Duncanville P.O. on October 30, 2016 on November 06, 2016, I stopped payment because it never reached the City of Dallas. Cost $30.00 stop payment fee. My Bank Associate told me that he had handled 3 stop payment request that very day for items that were mailed at the Duncanville P.O.I received a letter from the City of Dallas stating that they received my payment on November the 18th and because payment was stopped they could assess a fee.Today December 4, 2016 I will contact my Bank again to stop payment on another check that was mailed on November 27, 2016 to a Dallas business for non payment and again I will incur a $30.00 stop payment fee. These problems are affecting my standing and reputation in the community. Why is this Post Office not serving the community in a timely manner? How do I recover these stop payment fees?

I'll like to know if this was resolved to the point you were reimbursed the $60 you were out for the City of Duncanville's USPS slow to delivery your mail?
