Stony point subdivision once again mail boxes have been hit please get them fixed and please put a guard rail around them or just give us our own mail boxes and where to get my mail

All my mail is being stolen or lost at the Del Valle Post Office. No body even seems to care or be accountable. There has been theft going on at this location now for weeks. No one is doing anything about it.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The last 2 times I’ve had packages shipped via this postage office I NEVER received them. So this time when I accidentally did not cancel a monthly subscription of mine which gets shipped via here I had text notifications on. Well when I happened to get the delivered text my parents were at our mail box and the person putting the mail in told them they had to wait to get the package until he left. So we did, and when we went to get my package IT WAS NOT THERE. Now I’m having to sit on the phone for over an hour waiting to speak with someone. Why does every package I get shipped via you guys get stolen? It seems to me your workers must be stealing them! Because when using other services if they get sent to the wrong home I ALWAYS get them back. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The absolutely worse post office my mail is always put in wrong box or ever delivered what good is I formed delivery if the carrier cant get mail into right box I get the email go check box and it not in there call post office says I got to wait a week before I can request lost mail extremely poor service

US flag has been flying 24/7 for quite some ti[number removed] location. Is the postmaster lazy of has there been some new instructions?

My Tax Return package was mailed to me to my P.O.Box on 2/12/2017 from Colleyvillie TX 76034 to Del Valle TX 78617 and I have NOT received it, as of 3/6/17. As you know this Package has all of my Personal Information inside it Plus my complete Tax Refund completed form.to IRS inside. Was IT STOLEN ON ROUTE ARE IN DEL VALLE Post Office? Would you check this out?
