Wow!! McMillan should be fired! Absolutely abhorrent disgusting behavior from a CLERK! Probably never finished high school and has gone power hungry! To openly defy her supervisor? If that had been me, she would have been out of there! I know never to go to this post office. Take away her pension. She doesn’t deserve it!

We have had a number of pieces of mail, i.e. car registration, bills and a number of times mail not being delivered, including Wednesday and Thursday, July 5 & 6. I talked to two of my neighbors and they have the same issue. We are in the 75229 area code. I have gone to our post office on Royal a number of times and filed complaints, with no resolutions. What can be done to resolve this continuing issue?

Why this Main Postal Office has a phone number if never it is responded and the Voice mail box is full. What a bad service. That's why this USPS has many negative reviews. Do they do something to improve on it. Of course no.

I’ve been waiting for several ongoing days for an ordered that was supposed to be coming to me on October 7th it’s now the 12th and every day they add a day until it should it be delivered they don’t provide an exact location as to which usps location it’s at so there’s no going to go pick it up and everytime I tryn call they put me otp with a bot I need to talk to the people who work there so I can see if my package is at one of the locations not a bot who repeats the same things. Very unsatisfied.

Please change the fingerprinting hours listed online as nobody is EVER available during Those hours. I’ve wasted numerous trips going to main post office to find out there’s nobody there at that time. Additionally, the several phone numbers listed For main Dallas location have mailboxes that are always full so it’s impossible to call ahead to see if someone’s available. Not a way to run a business!!

I like to let you know about a problem, with one of your Dallas employee. Her name is Tanisha Williams. She posted a threat on Facebook about her grandmother, wishing her death of burning in hell. She’s being investigated for child neglect, her reasons for threatening anyone is on any social medial is not in accordance with the US postal department rules. Her behavior is not respect. Her grandmother is 80 years old. As a US citizen and a respectable neighborhood volunteer. Please correct Tanisha attitude, or I will have to take this up with a higher authority. If you do anything, I thank you very much. God bless the US , postal service.

Mailed a 5x7 envelope to P O Box 12252 and it was returned to [number removed] with a label stating 'vacant unable to forward' but the address is correct. I don't want to waste more stamps to resend it for fear of the same response. Please advise how I can verify that you will deliver it.

I keep calling and calling and calling the one on Hampton and they never ever answer their phone. I have my mail at 11226 Nokomis Ave., 279 Dallas TX 75224. And my mail is being returned they have a sign outside on the property that were 1122 Nokomis Ave. my post carrier tell me that you guys have is 1126 well that is a blanket lot please fix it or tell me what to do I don’t know what address to use anymore but I’m tired of my mail being returned [number removed] and I will answer my phone I’m not like the post office and let it ring forever they’re not that busy

I manage apartments in Mt Pleasant TX. Four months ago we installed a central mail box system on our property. We were told we would need a lock from the Dallas post office. As of today, four months later we still have no lock.

I ordered senior invitations for my sons graduation. I received confirmation and tracking information when my package was mailed out. On April 2nd my package arrived at the Dallas Texas sorting facility and the status was updated to "package acceptance pending." Its now April 14th and I've yet to receive my sons senior invites and the tracking information hasn't changed. The ceremony is April the 26th and I have nothing to send out to family and friends!!! I can't seem to get any answers from anyone!!!! This is a joke and completely unacceptable!!!!

First Amendment Audit-----FAIL! I just watched the YT audit of this place. DISGUSTING! What is wrong with you demons? Childish! Hateful! Narcissistic! Immoral! <--That is what this crappy society is making of us! This video proves we have hit rock bottom, it's so painful to realize just how divided we have become. Everyone hates each other. The counter crew closed their widows and hid in the back just to avoid serving the auditor, which created a line up out the bloody door! And what's the point of the postal "police"?! WHAT A JOKE they are! WASTE OF TAX MONEY! It was funny to see them tuck tails and run from the auditor. i'm still shaking my head, it's sad to see people so miserable.

on Monday these 2 males had they cameras out recording you guys. These guys always record post offices and they got services without no masks. I work at Walmart in Florida I'm not actually what city. I'm actually my job is maintenance usually I'm at the doors Carts Counting and Masks. If a customers don't have a mask CUSTOMERS CAN REFUSE!!!! You didn't give those 2 males service you guys are 100% wrong on that part. He ask for a mask and you didn't give him a mask and he went to the car and they got face shield and you guys deny service. What the hell wrong with you guys?

I’m sure by now you’re aware of the despicable behavior by your employees refusing to serve a customer. In fact, you’ve probably seen the video. This was nothing but a disgusting disgrace and those employees being in the public sector need to be terminated immediately!!! They obviously have no idea how to serve the public and in no way are qualified to do so! I pray the lawsuits start coming so you have no choice but to terminate them if you don’t do so immediately! I have never in my life seen such disgusting behavior and this is not over by a longshot!! It is apparent there is a breakdown of job requirements. You have employees refusing service to citizens upon there like or dislike of the customer. When "manager" insist employees do their job, they just tell her no. Paychecks should only be given to employees who preform the required duties. It is time to clean house.

The service at the post office was terrible. I watched on video all the employees leave the counter just to not service a customer. I'm highly disappointed in the way this post office is ran and at their supervisors they were outside in the vehicles. I hope someone straightens that out this is the United States of America land of the free and we will remain that way

I was trying to renew a US passport on March 17, 2021 and they weren't helpful the best country in the world, but they can't even help their citizens. They told me I needed an appointment and yet no one was in line to show it was booked, went to their kiosk and showed all the dates booked for a month. What a disgrace. Thanks for the unorganized, unprofessional attitude they have towards their US citizens. Great job your doing turning down and not well enough to prepare for the thousand of applicants that need their lawful rightful passport.

Lately we haven't received mail in over a month, the mail carrier working the 75211 area has been stuffing someone else's mail in our box, so our mail is going in someone else's mail box. We've got important medications, time sensitive materials to sign, my son in college who still hadn't received his payrolll card, this is rediculous. If I get in trouble for not getting my time sensitive paperwork, or have a family member die because of your mail carrier's incompetency in reading addresses. Or maybe he's stealing.. who knows, but YOU need to figure it out. Is this what our hard earned tax dollars go to? Funding dense, possibly thieving mail carriers? What does that say about the higher ups?

Web page indicates this post office open on Sundays 11-2. Arrived 11:20 on Sunday, 2-7-21. Doors to PO locked, customers in line. PO employee advised will open at 12:00. Approx 12:10 postal police officer entered lobby, noticed not open. Swiped his key card, went thru a door. Approx 12:15 PO employee came to lobby, apologized, and advised she "just got here", and was attempting to open vault and get operational shortly. I left at approx 12:25 with PO still not open. I was 4th in line but had to leave for family lunch meeting that began at 12:00 and I had no confidence when/if opening would occur.. I counted the people in line behind me and stopped when I reached 25. Total lack of employee concern validates common and frequent negative comments about PO service. If employees were late, why? Take action to correct issues!!!! Solutions-not excuses.

Your USPS service SUCKS on ALL levels!!!!! You can't EVER get anyone to answer the phone, you can't deliver packages on time, the USPS is worthless!!~!!!!!!! I will drive 5 hours to deliver a package before I will spend one more dime shipping something via USPS!! At least FedEX answers their phones, and can deliver.....not sure why USPS is even around anymore....and keep this up and no one will use your worthless service!!!

30 calls back to back and they never answer the phone! Had a box from NC make it to Dallas and instead of going to Houston it goes to NJ! Really! The box should have been here on Oct 8th...it’s made it back to Dallas and hasn’t moved since the 13th! And the post office wants us to trust them with mail in voting ballets! WOW! Dallas can’t send boxes to the right place how can they move letters! Who do people that work there keep their jobs, apparently they can’t read to sort the mail and they don’t know how to answer a phone!

I mailed a birthday card to my daughter two weeks ago and she still has not received it. This is the second card my family members have not received from me. The first was in February which was mailed from South Dallas location and my daughters which was mailed from the Grand Prairie location on Westchester. I'm so disappointed with the out going delivery service here. I NEVER experienced this when I lived in NM. I will now have to send all my mail overnight with a tracking number. RIDICULOUS!

She treated a customer in a very unprofessional and extremely rude way by yelling at him threatening to call the PO PO(as she termed it) for no provocation at all ? It was a good thing her postal staff were level headed and did not follow her example.

Spring Valley Station Zip Code 75240 This morning just prior to 9:30 I rang the Package Pickup Bell at the side door at the post office for Spring Valley, Dallas, Texas Zip code 75240. Waited, rang the bell many more times and waited. Finally, went to the front counter where one postal clerk was working with a long line of people, and asked if someone was working the package pickup door?? Was told "They were on break" Really!? You just opened and they are on break?? Where is the person who takes their place when they're on break?? So, I was told by the clerk to wait for them. Went back to the side door and rang the bell again and waited.... Now, another person is in line with me. Rang the bell and waited. Now, the only person working the front counter (1) is yelling to come to the front since evidently, nobody was working the package pickup door! 15 minutes have elapsed and now the line of customers is out the front door, and still, one clerk is working the counter!! In the past at this post office I've waited in line at the front counter when only one clerk is working and after waiting in line for some period, arriving at the front of the line only to be told to go to the side door as the clerk was the only one working and could not retrieve packages!! So where is the consistency?? This post office is dysfunctional as it appears their management has not implemented any rules governing when the side door is staffed when workers either take a break or are not available to perform at their work stations. First and foremost, if the side door package pickup window is NOT staffed, there should be a sign placed on the outside of the door alerting postal customers to go to the front counter, not the discourtesy shown clients with the current less than satisfactory operation. This is not the first time this has occurred at this post office!!

Would like to get intouch with someone about my 90 year old mom needing her mail delivered to her door. She lives in Tyler and I took a doctors prescription (note) to her post office and they said they had to send it to dallas for approval this has been two months ago and have not heard from anyone would like a phone number to reach the person in charge of this.
