NO MAIL HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO OUR RESIDENCE FOR ONE WHOLE WEEK NOW! What is going on? I cannot seem to be able to contact customer service or any one for that matter at the number listed above. Is anyone else having the same issue with the mail bein delivered in the 75212 area? And would anyone know how to get a hold of a postal worker? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have a packaged that was supposed to be delivered on June 24th in Kentucky. The last time it was scanned was June 21st in Dallas tx. Keep in mind this package weighs 37 pounds and the box is 32x28x17 how do you lose that? I bet someone is enjoying my sons new saddle besides my son. I have filed 2 missing mail searches, I have pretty much come to the conclusion it is a lost cause.

Is the postman not delivering mail on Monday anymore in my street at 3100 Larkspur Ln. Three Monday’s in a row I don’t get any mail, yet my app shows I should be receiving mail. 😡

Why can't the mail run when it suppose to, We pay these people good money to do the job. We get late charges from not getting our bills paid on time , Start deducting penalties to these people that can't do their jobs ,if they would stay off their cell phones MAYBE WE CAN GET OUR MAIL .

Why do our postman run at 5:00pm in east dallas? We have bills to pay and checks are always late. It is not fair to the mostly handicapped in these apartments.
