We’re new in town and had trouble with our mailbox keys. The office was super easy to contact, find, and the people were super helpful and friendly.

Was out of town Good Friday thru Easter Sunday. EBAY noted my package was delivered on Good Friday in my mailbox. Monday morning I picked up one envelope in my box. No package so I tried calling the Cypress Post Office a dozen times but kept getting message no one available even though a gentleman from that location called me twice when I was out running errands. Filed two complaints with the D.C. main contact office. This weekend the carrier left a note that she left another package on that Easter Saturday in the same lockbox. I don't doubt she delivered these items but she put the key into the wrong mailbox. Many times over the years I have had to take mail that I received in error to my neighbors. In fact the Monday after Easter a neighbor across the street gave me an envelope with a check that was addressed to me but put into the wrong mailbox. Because of the incompetent carrier I am out $94.16 for the high end needlepoint thread and whatever was in the 2nd package she acknowledge she left in the lockbox.

Today, I received in my mail a return receipt that says I sent a letter or package to Beth Stephens, Elect Admin, 1001 Preston, Houston, TX 77002. I did not send this letter or package. I'm not sure what is going on but something seems off.

The mail in Coles Crossing always gets misdelivered! My husband had a meeting last Tuesday and his boss who lives in the neighborhood gave him our auto and home insurance policies that were in his mailbox!! Something really needs to be done about this. We’re doing they’re job for them by driving around delivering mail to the correct address!!!

I have used this Post Office for over 25 years and find it to be the best ever in service. I do most of my business by mail and the workers at the Cypress, TX, Post Office have always been helpful. I will be moving away soon and I will sorely miss this Post Office. God bless them.

I sent my niece a birthday card with a check for $100. She never received it and it was cashed. I have heard since then that you all have a real problem and are not doing anything about it. A few years ago a gift card disappeared, so I don't send those anymore. I didn't think they would feel a check, so they must go through anything that looks like a birthday card.

I ordered an expensive headset for my game over $100 value and the mailman didn’t even put it all the way in the mailbox and shut the door! Anybody could’ve just stolen my package right there off the street! Here’s a picture! Whoever delivered today need to be totally reprimanded they’re being lazy and careless with our packages

I'm very disappointed that several Christmas Cards and packages were never delivered to me. My mom always sends me a special card and asked if I had received it several times. I kept waiting, and nothing. I actually did not receive any of the Christmas cards that I was used to getting and confirmed that they were sent after finding the one from my mom was missing. Several others on my street also had things missing. This is not acceptable.

Honestly, if you have ever lived outside of the United States, you would know that we have the best postal service in the world. Where else do you get delivery Monday-Saturday? Yes, I sometimes get mail for omeone else in my box and vice versa; but, seriously the workers are dealing with some tough conditions. I have almost always encountered helpful and kind workers at the post office, except for the one time that the guy was on his cell phone! I love the USPS and would not trade it for any other service in the world!

I live in Cypress Point and i have had very few problems with receiving my mail or mistakes in delivery to the wrong box. My mail was delivered timely until the past few months since new post master general was appointed, now receiving mail weeks after postmarked. And now today, I go to drop off mail at mailbox outside post office to find it gone!!! I have read the post office is only removing boxes that receive 25 or less pieces of mail per day. I know this is not the case in Cypress because everytime I go to drop off mail I always have at least a couple of cars behind me. That is a very busy mail drop.off location. So what's the deal? It's hopefully being replaced. Otherwise there is only one other explanation.

They said my package was delivered and I didn’t have the key to open and get for a week today the guy came at my door screaming at me , cussing all kind of bad names saying the my stuff was there and I didn’t get it. He literally trew my boxes at me ! This is unacceptable!

Our mail person in cypress creek lakes this week has been horrible. Saying packages are delivered when they aren’t, returning packages to the post office “at my request” when I didn’t request that.

Terrible service at this location. I they either misplace packages or forward mail when they should not be. I moved here from Pearland and can see a big decrease in the quality of the postal service.

The lady I just spoke with was very rude and condescending with her smart a__ remark “ we got it fixed, are you living in magnolia? Then it’s fixed”. And hung up on me, I have issues with my mail making a circle from Hempstead to Cypress then to magnolia, I wanted to know how to remove one of the forwarding address and skip the cypress forward, but she hung up on me😡

I signed up for text messages when my product is delivered. I bought a suitcase and I received text saying delivered. I purposely stayed home from work because by text I new it was going to be delivered. No one came to my door. I live in an apartment so I checked with the office to see if the postman delivered it there and I was told no. I'm very disappointed in the service. It's been a week now and still no suitcase. Debra

I was in my yard with my phone. The mail was delivered. Sometime later, the carrier came to my home, asked for me, and proceeded to ask me if I had taken a picture of her. She stated something about procedures and busy holiday deliveries, obviously worried that I was going to notify someone off an action she must have taken. That was extremely unprofessional and out of line. The more I think of the encounter, the more upset I become.

I will be moving to Cypress, and was attempting to get a rental PO Box. I tried calling first, but it rang, literally for over 30 minutes. No one ever answered; finally, I went out to the office and felt the workers present were terribly unprofessional-as I had been accustomed to the PO office near Jersey Village. There you get first-rate service with professionalism and always are treated with respect as the customer. These comments should be read by the employees, perhaps they would wake up!

Sorry to hear you moved to Cypress where we have the lowest rated USPS in the country. Mis-delivered mail, long waits in line, desk employee (male) who walks away mid service to go on break, desk employee (female) who recites every possible service and option regardless of what the customer asks for, morning staff at the pre hours package pick up door who tell you to wait for offce hours, temps in black sweatshirt hoodies mid summer, supervisor who could care less, and general rudeness are the norm. I have had a rental box elsewhere for 9 of my 13 years here. Anything important or expensive I have sent to the rental box.

I have not received mail for exactly 7 full days now. I understand we are in a major crisis, but this area was fine. I am hoping that some one will be able to start delivering people their mail. We are off Cypress Rosehill & Cypresswood.

Once again they have delivered my package to the wrong house. Fortunately, it was a neighbor I knew and she called to let me know it was at her house. This office (cypress) is the worst about delivering package's to the wrong house. It has happen to me at least 6-7 times this year. Once they even stated they delivered it but never did. I try to use UPS as much as I can, but sometimes I don't have control over it. We are a small neighborhood and it happens so much that we've started a neighborhood communication site so we can notify each other when we get each other's packages. SAD!!

This is one of the most inefficient, unorganized postal service offices I have ever had to deal with. I made a passport appointment months ago for last Thursday and I called to confirm that my appointment was still on schedule before I left work. They had no record of my appointment. Not to mention this week I still haven't received a package that shows to have been delivered on June 19th, 2017. The mail is constantly being put in the wrong boxes, the mail boxes are shitty and the mail carriers are lazy. Get it together.

I ordered a product from Amazon, and it was announced to me via text that it was delivered to me yesterday and in my mailbox. It was not, nor was it today! This is a continuing problem in our Cypress neighborhood and has been going on for the past two years we have lived here. Is anybody listening or doing something to correct this dismal service?!! We also live part time in Tucson, AZ, and have never had this problem once in the past 39 years!

I - together with my neighbors- have been missing mail, packages and even gift cards/money sent via mail. I am quite fed up with the USPS mail system as yet another important mail (with a small membership due) that I sent within Fairfield has been "lost." This is not the 1800's and our neighborhood is not in the boonies. Until I moved to Fairfield, I have NEVER experienced this, and it's been going downhill for at least 5-6 months. This is Not an error that is coincidental.

I live in Towne Lake Cypress, TX. I did not receive my mail, I received my neighbors. We have been waiting on a tax package not to mention bills or info I'm not receiving. I have received other neighbors mail numerous times. Neighbor not home but if my mail isn't in his box, I can't be sure others will drop mine off. These mail carriers are not paying attention. It's all good if on occasion, but weekly?

The customer service for trying to schedule a passport appointment has been horrifying. I have called 22 times today. I either get a busy signal or placed on hold (for over 20 minutes before hanging up 3 times). Twice when I called and mentioned how long I was on hold I was told to call later because someone was on lunch. Perhaps you should have an online scheduling system if you can't help your customers, but require an appointment.

It's because you either work there or you're totally oblivious to their bad service. I find it extremely difficult to believe that you have had no issues in 25 years with the PO in Cypress. They simply S*U*C*K as an organization.

This place is very mismanaged. There was a line of 15 people for registered mail pickup and no one in the retail lines yet four employees sit idle in the striped shirts joking around with each other while 15 waiting for one employee to retrieve registered mail. Its sickening to see how wasted tax payer dollars are.

This post office turned my 17 year old daughter away to get her passport. The passport site specifically says that a parent does not have to be in attendance for a 16-17 year old to get their passport if they have their own ID. The people that work at this location are rude AF!

Had a confirmed customer package pickup with a confirmation number..it had a prepaid USPS Label on it ...it was in my mailbox and the carrier had to actually move the required pickup package over so she could put in my mail!!!!!! Does this make any sense what so ever ???? I have an online receipt of this confirmation number and a promise that my package would indeed be picked up today by my mail carrier.....now I have to drive to this same USPS post office to drop off my package....this is totally irresponsible and horrible service.....who are these people that deliver our mail....a one-armed monkey could have done better.......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
