mail carriers are terrible in our area. monday package was delivered to my box but not there when I went to get it. Last week I got 2 packages in the box and they were not mine had to go find the correct owner. I spend good money to order my stuff for them to not be delivered to correct box. Unfortunately, the person who did receive my package did not return to post office or deliver to my address. Thank you

I have reported to this post office that the postal person that delivers my mail will never bring packages down to the porch. They always leave notices that they came to the door and no one answered, which is completely untrue. I work from home and I am always here. I have also requested a re-delivery and that has not happened either. I feel that our postal carrier Will not make the extra effort to deliver packages as they should. The postal carrier find it easier to leave notices that they tried to deliver your package when they actually did not!!!!

The postal service out of Crowley is the worst I have ever had. I have lived in rural Texas 90% of my life. We moved to rural Crowley about 5 years ago and have had the worst time with Crowley USPS. We have asked numerous times for packages to not be dropped behind our gate (where it blocks the opening of the gate). We have an electric gate and when we pull in (or out) the gate opens and drags the packages. This makes sense to everyone. However due to USPS, this now creates several problems: 1) our packages have been torn up packages. We have recieved torn clothing purchased online from the gate stabbing through the packages, as well as broken items due to the gate opening and hitting the package breaking things. 2) it burns the motor up on the gate as it has to drag packages- already causing us to replace a motor once already ($2,300)! I have asked the drivers, called the post office and even changed all shipping addresses to read “do not block gate (and even include the gate code so they can drive in if the want). It is not hard to comprehend. It is not difficult to leave packages on the side of the gate that doesn’t open. It is not difficult to leave to the side of the gate. Yet, despite the efforts we have made repeatedly, the drivers for Crowley USPS don’t care to use compassion nor common sense. It borders on deliberent. Once I was told “we can’t drive down driveways, it’s prohibited.” Disregarding the fact that they can place packages to the side of a gate or on the outside of the gate my wife and I have both witnessed the traditional well known USPS jeep drive down both of our neighbors private driveways! USPS agents are federal agents intrusted and mandated to protect the safety of the nations mail. I wish someone would remind them of his OBLIGATION. Disappointed and disgusted,
