I’m tired of my packages being left under a tree or next to the driveway in full view if the street near the road. This happened again today 2/28/22 Monday I have been to the post office and reported this - complete with photos and it continues to happen. Packages should be left on my front porch. 1133 FM 2174 - Somervell county

County road 805. Same here and I am tired of them doing this. They never leave it on my porch always out by my fence close to the Road/Mailbox on the ground in plain sight to be taken by anyone who chooses to take it. I have Meds that are sent through the mail that someone could easily take that are on the ground. Signed, FED UP

New package was received at your hub today.. DO NOT Allow mail carrier to handle unless they can take it to the door!! No exception !! Had 2 packages stolen out of Box last week because carrier could Not drive up the driveway to my door!! Completely ridiculous!!

Can not reach anyone by phone.....MOVING TO BAIRD STREET mid-December, yet taking ownership later this week (21OCT). We do not have a mailbox and uncertain if we need a mailbox AT STREET or at FRONT DOOR. PLEASE ADVISE. Also, if mail arrives for us prior to us getting into the house 22DEC - can it be held? I am not changing address with any of my contacts but uncertain with electric and water (being turned on this week) THEY POSSIBLY WOULD MAIL to the house. ANXIOUS FOR HELP WITH THESE DETAILS.

I am trying to receive packages from Amazon. 3 packages say they have been delivered and are in my mailbox but ARE NOT IN MY MAILBOX. Amazon is sure I should have already received these packages. Possible carrier issues?! I called up to the Cleburne location and some one answered the phone but I set on hold for over 5 minutes and hung up. Called back and NO ANSWER! Not very happy with USPS to say the least.

I am experiencing the same problem. If Amazon ships through the United States postal system instead of two day delivery it is three day delivery despite the fact that the post office has the package on the second day. Apparently the carrier will take the package with her When she leaves the post office for her route despite the fact that it is obviously too big to fit in to the PO Box but then instead of returning the package to the post office that afternoon, it is not available for pick up until the next day. And she does not leave a yellow slip in my box saying that the package was too big and I need to go to the post office to pick it up until the third day. I don’t know if she’s taking the boxes home at night or what . This is very frustrating. I will be calling Amazon to see if I can have my shipping always through UPS instead of the post office. The post office is on reliable in my experience.

They deliver and put packages outside of a multi mailbox location so they can get stolen...lol STUPID..this is why you guys SUCK and have been getting KILLED by UPS and FedEx

USPS SETS UP OUR OUR SIDE MAILBOXES AS PART OF YOUR SERVICE. WHY IS THE HOME OWNER SUPPOSED TO MAINTAIN MY USPS MAIL BOXES? THAT IS USPS'S RESPONSIBILITY. PLEASE FIX MY MAIL BOX. JUST TAKE A CAN AND SPRAY SOME STUFF ON THE KEY HOLE. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! I HAVE LIVED HERE SINCE DEC. NEVER HAVE I BEEN ABLE TO OPEN MY OUTSIDE MAILBOX. POOR SERVICE!!!!!

We have the best postal clerk that does an amazing job at delivering our mail. The problem comes in when she is on vacation or takes a day or two off. The replacement is incompetent at doing their job. I always know when our regular person is not delivering. One example, it took me three days to gain access to a box because they kept forgetting to leave the key, I called to complain and there was no apology. What I did get was attitude and that the key would be in there the next day. Another example, received mail for someone that doesn't live at my address, I didn't have a pen so I placed it in the outgoing box, the same mail was in my income two days later, no joke. Now, it's 3:15pm the mail has not arrived, I've been waiting for them to drop off my pkg for 3 days, all because they're too lazy to look inside my box, so I left a note to look inside. Will see what happens. How is it possible that individuals as these can have such an important job? It's time for change.

For 2 years now I have not been able to receive reliable mail service. My mail has been returned to sender. This mail was official from the State. I have many cards never delivered to my box and never returned to the sender. One time the card arrived open without the enclosed cash that the card sender stated that it had.I have called to report this issue 2 times now but keep getting the same runaround.
