I haven't received my mail in at least three weeks. I have informed delivery so I know what should have been delivered. My road is being worked on but is open as I am able to come and go every day. I happened to be working from home one day and was able to stop by during the very few hours the office is actually open to see if I could pick up the mail myself. I was told my mail is "out for attempted delivery". Shocker, it wasn't delivered. I was then informed I'll have to stop by one morning before it's put onto the truck if I would like to get it myself. Despite the postal workers incomes being paid by taxpayers such as myself, I now have to stop by when it's convenient for them and pick up my own mail or wait several more weeks until there is presumably no more road construction on my street. These people are lazy and will find any excuse to not do their jobs. If it were put to a public vote, I would vote to get rid of the USPS entirely as every experience I've ever had with them has been of this nature, and I would have a difficult time feeling any sympathy for those who just lost employment. I'd probably say go get a real job at FedEx or UPS.

In the past couple of weeks we have been receiving our children's college graduation photos and diplomas, all of which have been damaged by being bent to be placed in the mailbox. Sad to see that employees are simply too lazy to care about the huge "DO NOT BEND" sticker on the front.

This Celina post office is VERY inefficient, no one answer the phone throughout the whole day. When you go to the office they said we have to call. I think they say that because they know no one will answer. This is very unprofessional and the lack costumer service. The mail, I was expecting, was put in to the wrong mailbox. It is not the first time. It actually getting ridiculous. Who is the right person to address this issue and if it CAN be resolve or not. This cannot be a chasing game, to see if someone in the office can confront the situation.

I was expecting a package to be delivered today to my box in Weston. The box went to the post office in Celina on the 8th. It was sent to Mckinney. It was sent back to Celina and shows there a.m. today 9th. I've seen trucks coming from both Mckinney and Celina, so it's hard for me to believe my package couldn't have been delivered to my box in Wedton. I'm trying to notify the postal service before package gets lost. Thank you for your help.
