On 1-19-2022 Many of us neighbors (here in Cedar Park, Texas 78613) had to get together to trade mail with each other because we weren’t delivered the correct USPS-mail. Granted there have been many many “miss-mailed” mistakes (long over a decade since we have lived here) but nothing compares to the disaster that just occurred on January 19th when it was out of control. We all pay hefty property taxes every year so we should at least get CORRECT mail. Note: There are United States Federal Laws regarding personal mail via USPS employees and their job!

Instead of delivering my mail to me they returned everything to the senders. I have lived in the same apartment for 3 years. One month I forgot to check the mail and received a notice that my mail was at the post office. I took off an hour and a half from work to retrieve it. A week later, during Christmas I checked my mail and it was empty, no note, nothing. I wasn't able to take off work again untill the 3th. They said they they would check into it and deliver everything: I received a day's worth of mail. I checked my email and now have to pay to redeliver items that the post office returned. I didn't receive my Christmas cards from family out of state. I am so angry. The term going "postal" should be redefined as how customers feel after being treated by the cedar park postal employees. I didn't even know this could be legal. I never gave permission to hold and return my mail. They had one job.... Put the mail in the box... How can you f*** that up?

Our carrier is rude and has been rude since day 1 so I’ve been avoiding her. Today she literally threw an expensive table saw that I got for my husband. I heard the loud noise and dint understand what it was at first. And then as I was backing out of the garage I noticed that she dumped the box in my drive way. Almost ran it over !!! The box is damaged 😞I hope the contents are not …so dissatisfied…so many people are willing to work hard for a paycheck …maybe it’s time to weed out some of your lazy employees …

I had a client with some questions about his postcards mailing from this post office. It took me a few tries to get through but once I did, I spoke with Courtney. He was very patient and did a great job listening to my client's questions and concerns about his mailing. Courtney promised to look into it for me and said he would call me back the following morning with some answers. He ended up calling me back within 15 minutes. I have called quite a few post offices in my day and I have never had such a pleasant experience.

Based on other reviews, I’m surprised I managed to get someone to answer the phone. Once I did, though, my experience with the CP Post Office was just as terrible. I didn’t catch his name, but I attempted to speak to an African American man about my issue, but he talked over me the ENTIRE time. I’m telling you, I couldn’t even explain the problem I was having because every time I started to, he would guess my issue, interrupt and talk over me. This happened probably three times before I finally said, “whoa, wait” and he got angry and told me he had to rush off to a meeting. So, I said, fine, forget it and had to hang up! Zero resolution to my issue and absolutely horrendous customer service!!!

Well, as usual, the Cedar Park Post Office is at it again. I live in the Brushy Creek Reserve subdivision and the ongoing problem is always the same. The mailman puts packages in the wrong box, doesn't deliver them at all and says he does, and when you call the Cedar Park Post Office , you get no where. This time, my package was marked as delivered two days ago. Said they put it in my box. NOT! When I called the post office, the guy I talked to said he would find out what happened and call me back this morning at 8:30. Think he called me back? NO! Was I surprised at their customer service? NO! same old thing. I also called for the 20th time to Amazon and told them that I do not want USPS delivering my packages ANYMORE!!!!

Placing a hold mail is ridiculous. They either continue to deliver the mail for that less than 2 week period making it impossible to get it out of the mail box or they don't deliver on the last day of the hold mail. i complained and left my confirmations and what is so irritating to us. I just received a phone call from them and he said they are not a storage facility and i should use mail forward. i said that is ridiculous for less than two weeks. i asked if 30 days was cumulative over the year for them to hold mail and he said yes. that makes no sense at all when you just want it held a week to 2 weeks maximum...

Our carrier is routinely leaving someone else's mail in our mail box. I have had other tenants in this complex bring us our mail, also mis-delivered. We are at 1464 E. Whitestone Blvd., Suite 1201, Cedar Park, TX 78613. Today I had three out of five pieces of mail that did not belong to us. Please address this issue for us.

I was guaranteed a delivery by Friday, June 17th @3pm. Here it is Tuesday, the 21st and my package has still not made it to it's Cedar Park location. I am extremely upset because the tracking number is not giving me any updates. My priority mail is not a priority to them! Thanks to the Cedar Park Post Office, I may lose my house because the payment is not making it on time. PLEASE, I beg you, get it to my landlord tomorrow during business hours!!!

No phone access really is poor biz practice. Ring and just busy signal. At least I can get Amazon on the phone. I have a really simple question on "why did my two Xmas Cards with proper stamps get returned to me?"

I have lived here for only 3 weeks and not a day goes by that I don't get someone else's mail. Now it's my turn to have a missing package. The carrier who delivers to this apartment complex is apparently too much in a hurry to take the time and care to do his job right. I'm appalled at the lack of quality, and now I'm greatly upset at how his incompetence is now causing me to chase down a package. TAKE YOUR TIME, DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!

The telephone numbers do not work like the postal employees. Why not have a customer service e-mail address so complaints can be addressed.

1: For the love of all that is mighty, get someone to answer the phone!!! Why have a number if you never ever pick up. 2: I am sick and tired of my packages being stuck in a box that has a damn key broken off in it!!! i have told you guys many times there is a key broken off in this particular box and to stop putting peoples mail in it, yet you still do it and won't just fix the damn box. I want my packages. And i shouldn't have to drive around looking for the mail guy or drive to the post office to get them!!!! I am beyond frustrated!

Let me start by saying my actual mailman is above top notch! The guy is amazing and I wish all mailmen and people in general were more like him! That being said, the Cedar Park Post Office is a JOKE! You can never get anyone on the phone, when you go in there are 10 postal employees standing around doing nothing while one or two people work the counter which creates long lines and delays. When you finally get to the counter they are rude, disrespectful and cold in nature. Ever since switching my P.O. Box to the Cedar Park location I have had nothing but problems! It's like they have uneducated people putting the mail into boxes who cant even read a name or business name correctly! I have had multiple checks sent back "Return to sender" because these idiots can't figure out which box (that is correctly marked on the envelope BTW) to put the envelope in. They straight up suck and then the postal service wonders why they're going bankrupt... You, employee's of the Cedar Park Post Office, are failures and have cost me more time, money and trouble then you are worth and you should ALL be fired! I'm sure there are plenty of people who would love to have your jobs who will actually do them!

I have a package that was scheduled for delivery (Priority Mail - Google the word "priority" - your service is not that) for last Friday. Although I was home, I had a pink card left on my door. I set up redelivery online for Saturday. It was to be Father's Day gift. It was not delivered, nor was an attempt made. This morning, I checked mailboxes, to see if there as a key. Nothing. Called the number on the card, and was sent to menu hel, down rabbit trails with dead ends. After 20 minutes, I spoke to Andy at the Cedar Park office. I read him the number on the card, which was not legible. He wasn't willing to help, but I pushed, and gave him the confirmation number I got for redelivery. So, after 30 minutes on the phone, and no reason for it not being delivered Saturday, he told me it was on the truck for delivery, and left at 1 pm. I waited until 5:20, knowing the office closed at 5:30, and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Finally, a "supervisor" named David gets on the line, finds my package ON A SHELF AT THE POST OFFICE. He was not respectful after ALL OF THIS, and could not explain why they were holding my package that I paid to be delivered with PRIORITY. He flippantly says it will be delivered "sometime" tomorrow. I just don't believe him at this point. This is simply not acceptable. I (probably mistakenly) told him it was very fragile. If it comes broken (like the OTHER piece that WAS delivered Friday), I will demand to know why, so proper measures can be taken. It is no wonder the post office is struggling the was it is.

Don't feel bad, they answered but acted like they couldn't hear me and hung up. When someone answered and finally talked to me, they put me on hold for two hours. I finally hung up. By far the worse post office I have ever encountered.

I would like to know if it is possible to contact the CedarPark Postal Service by telephone. Is there a trick to this? 3:50- 4:02 pm on Wednesday, 31 May, I called eight times and after 1 minute 20 seconds, the busy signal ended each call. I really don't understand. A recording says wait for the next agent and then wait for the operator - then busy signal. Total time of each of the calls is 1minute 20 seconds so someone programmed the phone to disconnect - right? Service is not a priority I presume!

I had a horrific experience at the post office off Whitestone. My package was not delivered to the correct address after I paid extra for 1st class mail. I have been to the same post office 3 times and called over 2 dozen times (they never answered the phone once) in 3 days time. My issue still has not been solved. i just left for the 3rd time and was treated more rudely than I think I have ever been treated by a buisness. An African American women who seemed to be a higher up because she was dressed in casual clothing while everyone else wore a uniform, had been helping a lady in front of me (whom she talked to very disrespectfully) and when she came to talk to me she shouted over the lady saying "hey boy what was that address again." I gave her my address and she proceeded to give me a nasty look and say "the guy ain't call you yet?" (Referring to the mail man whom she said is supposed to "find" my package.) I said "no ma'am he has not". She then got on the phone with who I guess to be the mail man and started getting a very rude tone with him, she even went in the back to raise her voice at him. When she returned she told me he hadn't even been to the mail box yet; I then asked how the mail man was going to "find" my package after it had been placed in the wrong mail box for now 3 days, the women then looked at me and told me she was not going to "argue" with me and she will not be "repeating" herself because she had already told me once the day before. Taken back by this, I looked at her and tried to tell her I was not trying to start an argument I was just asking a question and she interrupted me, told me again she will not "repeat" herself and then she stormed off to the back. Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect and violation. If there was a way to never use the US postal system again, I wouldn't. Glad to see I'm not the only one whose had quite the shitty experience tho!!

I find it discouraging when a USPS delivery person cannot figure out that if a box is left and all other mail is gone...that perhaps one cannot remove if from the front of the mailbox. Just because it fits from the back for them it does not mean one can remove it from the customer side.

Our communal mailbox is broken and found out that when this is discovered, USPS puts in an order to have it fixed. So I have to bike to the Post Office to get my mail. The person there could not tell me when it was expected to be fixed or how long these orders take to complete. Is USPS a service, or a burden? They do not have spare or redundant parts and are incapable of fixing things withing hours. Last week I observed a maintenance employ drop a complete mailbox array on the road as he turned on Cedar Mound. He was also spilling angle iron and other pieces along the road as he drove off. As we gave it back to him, he seemed disoriented and confused, even reluctantly took them. They are incapable of securing these boxes in the back of a truck, how can we expect them to provide robust and consistent service. We were not even notified of the service eruption. It has been 3 days now without mail.

In Westside Preserve, mail is constantly being misdelivered. Our neighbors get our mail and we get theirs. Stuff never gets delivered. Mailed prescriptions are regularly missing. Unfortunately, this is the worst mail service I've ever had.

Please get it together. Whoever delivers in the 78613, Oakwood Glen neighborhood, please learn the difference between 2609 & 2610 Glenwood Trail, and 2609 Oakwood Glen. I know mistakes happen, but, this is frequent. Thanks.

Almost got side-swiped by a mail carrier today. They ran a stop sign. Incident happened at the corner of Silverstone Ln. and Audra St. Had to swerve out of the way. I have one of those small SUV's that tip easily. Could have been nasty. They weren't even paying attention. I got the number off the vehicle, 2214935.

I just had the best experience in my entire life at the post office in Cedar Park. More often than none my trips to the post office have been nothing more than a menace. Until a postman named Benny went out of way to way to give me exceptional customer service in which his kindness astounded me. We definitely need more Benny's in this world.
