Just wanted to comment on the service I received on the phone. I was missing a package and Rebecca at the Cedar Creek Post office was congenial, helpful and professional. She found my missing package and caught the carrier before they left so I could receive it today. I don't usually write reviews, but after reading all the negative one, I think a positive one is needed. Thanks Rebecca and to the person who delivers my packages everyday, you're the best, because you take care of my packages every.single.day.

I was wondering when we can expect mail again. We have not had any mail delivery since Saturday, January 28, 2023. I know the storm was a factor but really we should have had service this week. Thank you. Waiting on 1099 and W2 information for taxes.

I do not understand why nobody answers the number listed for this post office during working hours! I know they can and know there are enough employees there that know how to answer the phone. Not a way to conduct business!

Call the local Cedar Creek office just to get some pricing on PO Boxes due to the fact that my husband's disabled and can't use a computer and the gentleman who answered the phone was very rude and said I don't do pricings over the phone and hung up on my husband so because of this I really advise people not to use this location because obviously the person is not friendly to disabled people.

My grandparents received a package of meds from express scripts and the 3 of the meds were damaged and the mailman/woman left the huge package in the mailbox. My grandparents have some medical issues that make it hard to walk to the mailbox every day. I took pics of the meds and am going to get ahold of express scripts and complain also.
