Why hasn’t the automated handicap door been repaired? It has been broken for over two years? The post office inside is often cluttered and trashy and there no wastebaskets… only recycle bins. People put their trash on the counters or floors. It looks like a third world post office as a resident referred to it 🥺

Visiting relatives to the neighbor across the street have a car parked at the curb and restricting access to their mailbox. This is a one day issue. The delivering postal worker honked their horn while delivering to our house across the street and when she made it to the neighbors home across the street, took the time to get out of her vehicle and place a note on the parked vehicle but did not deliver the mail to the mailboxes. Why do you have the time to put a note under the wipers of a vehicle but not deliver the mail?

USPS driver delivery person today is an IDIOT!! True Idiot. I am expecting a delivery from an Amazon order today... a TV stand... obviously a large furniture. I was informed that the package arrived at 11:57am but was not delivered because there was a problem. So, I checked the website on this order. It states... that the Mail box was full!! WHAT???? FULL?? Full or NOT... why and how would you place a TV stand in a mailbox?? The postal guy must either be an idiot , lazy, or lying! How about delivering the package to the actual location?? HMM?? NO actual attempt at delivery was done! Everyone was in the premise all day to have received this package.

My package was labeled "undeliverable" on the day it was expected to arrive, although no delivery attempt was made and I was home all day. I requested a redelivery...the packaged was delivered in my mailbox...except it didn't actually fit...or at least it shouldn't have. I almost needed a crow bar to get it out. I understand it's hot outside but I'm quite sure it would have been easier to drop it at my door than to force it into my box. I almost couldn't remove it without damaging the item. We have also repeatedly gotten other neighbors' mail recently.

Small package from Amazon was scanned as DELIVERED, but never was delivered!! Marked for delivery at 7:54AM and marked as delivered at 2:27PM almost seven hours later!! On Sunday! I live 1 1/2 miles from the post office. There is no responsibility from this office for doing their job. This is the 3rd time it happened in last 2 years, when the GPS was scanned, and nothing actually delivered. Too many times I find the mailbox door opened as the driver drives off!!

I sent a return product who is charging me until they receive the product back. I mailed it feb 22nd and it shows it went to the Carrollton post office on the 25th and there it still sits. I've gotten where I don't want to use USPS. Do better!

Amarillo sent my package to Carrollton in December. To date nobody in Carrollton has the common sense to send it to me...its Feb 25th....over 2 months and nothing yet. Ridiculous ineptitude!

I am experiencing the same exact problem. It was impossible for me to reach anyone at the Carrollton office when I called. It took me a while to reach the 1-800 number and have the person who helped me help me. I went up there myself after she said I needed to go. As it turns out, the mailman is very "PARTICULAR" about those things," and she was referring to my address, which I changed SIX MONTHS AGO! I don't have a clue about what's going on but I need someone to fix it as soon as possible! Since I work nights, I order everything online, and I can't afford to take an Uber to the post office for every stop I make. Reps, please resolve this issue if you read this. I understand your frustration and hopefully, they can get it together.

Something is wrong with the mail service at our business in Carrollton (zip code 75006) for the past year. I know that the postal service has reduced the number of employees, but that is no excuse for our mail to be returned to sender as "not deliverable as addressed" when the address is clear and correct on the envelope. This has happened multiple times!!!

We have an office in Carrolton with several companies managed from this one address. We have been here 5 years and not had issues but lately MUCH of our mail is getting returned to people as not current tenant despite being correct address. How can I best be sure the mail carrier doesn't return our mail? I have tried to call but cant get an answer on the number on this web page.

ive lived in carrollton 0ver 40 years now surviving alone with ALS. i love my regular postman.Today ive had my worst exsperance with the mail,my water hose was on the side walk. 5 seconds to push it aside and she wasted how long to right me up and make a big deal, out it when everyone else understand, I have recorded all communications and cameras everywhere outside and in. its degrading when people think---- I'm white or from south of the border. what justifies your employees to racually assume I'm white and treat me with no respect. just ask my normal mailman if ive every been disrestfull at all. im in a power wheelchair and limited to what I can do.

We were waiting on a desk for my husband. The USPS did not try to deliver it, most likely because they're lazy as F. They show they "tried" to deliver at 1:37PM 2/5/21. Problem with that is there were 4 people in the house with a video door bell. Guess what? They did not try to deliver it. I am sick of the lack of professionalism with the USPS. My father was a postal employee for 47 years. I'm glad he got out when he did. Shame on the Carrollton USPS. Get your heads out of your bum and earn our tax dollars.

No one ever answers phone at this location. I've been waiting for a birthday package for my daughter and it states delivered. I actually spoke with the mail carrier that day and she said she did not have a package for me. I can not locate my package and no one at the post office will even answer the darn phone to question them. This is totally irresponsible. More than likely it went in wrong mail box.

I cannot begin to tell you the frustrations we have had with this Post Office. Getting yelled at on the phone by Postmaster Darwin Adams, who has no people skills whatsoever, was the icing on the cake. I represent customer service for a large company in the area that ships out hundreds of packages per day. Consistently, this Post Office along with the Processing Center has temporarily lost our mail on several occasions. The first loss was 98 pieces of mail for a period of over a month. We had to file a case with the Inspector General until that mail was found. The Supervisor at Carrollton nor Postmaster Adams would assist us in locating. The second loss was a few weeks later. Again, a large handful of mail delayed for over a month. We had to file a second claim with the Inspector General's office until it got moving again. Now about four weeks later another one of our packages arrived at the Carrollton Post Office. Hasn't moved in nearly five weeks. Trying to get any assistance from this office has resulted in Postmaster Adams yelling at me on the phone denying all the reports we have filed against his office and the nearby Processing Center for losing and/or delaying our mail. Good luck finding a delayed or lost package at this facility. The Supervisors do not help. They blame the processing plant, yet there is no way to contact anyone at that plant so it becomes an easy finger to point at. As for Postmaster Darwin Adams, I am really shocked at his lack of people skills and being able to calmly communicate with customers over the phone. If yelling at customers is his way of getting rid of complaints as quickly as possible, he has certainly effectively accomplished that task.

I belong to a group of women that send "goodie" boxes to soldiers in combat zone. Yesterday I received a box marked "return to send/not able to forward" (or something like that). It was sent in May of 2018 - yep, over 2 years ago. Wonder where it's been?? Today I received a card "return to sender" on which someone had written - return to sender, wrong address" which when I mailed the card to our Granddaughter for her college graduation in December was the correct address. Wonder where that's been? Any explanation as to these delays? I'm curious about what I'll receive tomorrow!

I live in the 75006 area code and the mail carrier has a tendency to make my packages as "Delivered" but never really delivers until the next day. For example, today is May 4th, 2020 and NO ONE in my complex received any mail at all today!

I have a complaint. I reside at 2240 Tarpley RD #363 Carrollton TX 75006 ( ridgeline Townhomes) The mail man that delivers there has been frequently putting other peoples mail in our box and ours in other mail boxes. This is not safe for us and not secure when others get our mail. Please bring this to a managers attention and have him/her speak to the mail man This is very important and this should not happen again as our information and mail should not get in the hands of other people

Our mail delivery is very sporadic. We were gone for a week and when our mail was delivered, we received a small amount for us and mail for the houses on both sides of us. Today all the mail in our box was for next door. All of theirs was for the people next to them. We received no mail today. This is a common occurrence in our neighborhood and many complaints have been made. We are in the 75010 area. Is there any resolution for this?

I've noticed we have had NO mail delivered on our street once or twice a week for over a year now. Zip is 75006; street is Teton Place. Is there a new schedule for mail delivery that is NOT published? If so, I could like to know so I could bring bills and mail to the post office on those days...thank you!

Often get neighbors mail, often at 6pm which is late. Now not getting mail from people I know who are sending me documents. Plus, have you ever been in this Post Office? Kiosk often not work, staff not motivated and usually not people on hand. Used to be a LOT better. 25+ years here.

This post office sucks royally. I have called numerous times to complain about the mail in my neighborhood being miss delivered. We are always getting mail for our neighbors or them for us or it is for the next street in front of ur or behind us. I told the post master the last several times u complained I told him to tell the carrier not to come ringing by doorbell to tell me he doesn't make mistakes. Another package that says it was delivered is missing. When I called and talked Beena at the post office she immediately starts telling that my carrier had gone back and checked on Alan and it wasn't there, that someone must have stolen it. I said hey wZit a minute what are you talking about, how do you know my address. She rattled off an address and said I had sent an email. I had not sent an email so I gave her my address and she sai oh that was a different route and must have been stolen or it would be delivered tomorrow. Oh well it only went downhill from there. It went on and on but needless to say I don't have my package that says it was delivered and no idea if or when it ever will. I am so tried of dealing with these incompetent people that from now on I will only order something WILL NOT be delivered in any part by the postal service. It isn't a service it is nightmare.

if you open a po box make sure you check the receipt! paying for 6 months only gives you 5 and a half. they ignore the PRINTED RULE of 10 days past due date to pay up or it gets closed rule. and if you need to call this local office in carrollton - keep trying and trying and trying. I guarantee they leave the phone OFF THE HOOK to avoid answering the phone. I have alot of time on my hands and literally called 3 times a minute for hours to no avail. This office isn't that busy.they just dont care.
