I am not sure if you got a new route driver for my area or not, but i am very DISSATISFIED with their service. Last week they rubber banded a box to the out side of my mailbox and today they threw a package over my fence into my backyard. If it doesn't fit into the mailbox, they can leave it on my front porch. That has never been a problem before, so I am assuming that we have a new driver. Please let them know that my neighborhood is not very satisfied with the terrible service they are giving us. It is totally uncalled for!

Why is there no delivery of mail on Saturday, April 1st? Our regular route delivery person has trained a new guy, but no one delivered mail today. Tried to call - no answer and couldn't leave a message - why do you guys even bother? As a business owner, who depends on the USPS this is not acceptable.

My mother cannot drive or see. For some reason the Saturday carrier continues to deliver the mail to the lock box. She has her own mailbox that mail is to be delivered to. We have complained several times to the normal carrier but nothing has changed. Address 516 Laredo Road.

We are very dissatisfied with our service at 2165 Jana Lane Burleson 76028 Delivery is very late in the day. Mailbox is repeatedly left open. Packages that say they were delivered are not, receive them one or two days later

I have not received my mail in 3 weeks and am missing 6 packages. I waited in line at my local Burleson Post Office where they told me they had no clue where my mail was and to come back in a week. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!

10/20/2020 Once again, we have a lost, substitute RR carrier. Delivered to our street, made a U-turn to drop off mail to missed boxes, turned around in a driveway and sped back to another box. Missed again. Sped away. Our street is 30mph. When the homeowners received their mail - they had to hand deliver to the rightful recipients.

I have a package that was apparently delivered "in or at" my mailbox three days ago, but I still have not seen it. It must be invisible. When I called to inquire about my "invisible" package, it seemed that one of the employees forgot to hang the phone back up after using it. The line was busy ALL DAY.

I had my mail in my mailbox for the postman to pick it up. The postman delivered the mail to my neighbors but didn't pick up my mail even though I have a flag on the mailbox and had it raised so they would stop. So I had to get my mail and drive across town to put it in the mailbox. This is NOT the first time this has happened. I guess I need a neon sign on the mailbox so the postman will stop and get my mail. And of course you can't get the people in the Burleson post office to answer the phone. It seems to be off the hook all day long.

We have a new girl delivering mail on our street. My mail goes to neighbors and I receive other peoples mail. Does she know how to look at house number and the number on the address? Today an elderly man who lives 2 houses down brought me my mail that was delivered to his box. If she can't read please send her back to school. This is not a one day incident.

Why are the good folks on Wanda Way in Burleson being forced to put a mailbox by the street. I have to pay for this mailbox at my house with only a 11 calendars day notice. I have also noticed we are the only street this is happening to. Two thumbs down to the postoffice.

I had a package mailed out of FL on the 5th, it is the 14th and still NOTHING. Trying to get anyone to help or even just look is an act of God at this location. Fl office really nice,helpful etc...Burleson errrrrr!!!

I am typically not one to leave reviews, but after my experiences with this particular location in Burleson, I feel I must chime in. I own a business and receive my mail at a P.O. Box at this location. I have had more trouble with our mail going into the wrong box. We receive our checks and bills here, and I cannot afford to have one of my checks delivered to the wrong box. I received a call from a lady that has the box near ours saying she had a piece of our mail. She finally took it back to the post office after a month. I got a bill almost a month past the due date. It was post marked a month earlier! Luckily I keep a bill list and paid it manually. We got someone else’s check and had to search to find them and call her and get it to her, not everyone would have done that, and that is what I worry about checks going to this location! We have complained numerous times and my husband has talked to the postmaster in Ft Worth, and when I complain they put a tag on our box and it gets better for a while then it happens again. Not sure if people don’t care or if they are not testing these people anymore but there is a problem. It is no wonder the post office as a whole is failing. Fix it!!!!

For the last few weeks my mail is not being delivered until after 6PM. I am not happy about that. I love the post office buy do not like my mail carrier. I would like for it to be looked into. I do not leave any mail anymore because I can take it to the Post Office faster than they can pick it up. You may email me for more information.

On two different occasions I have put my mail on hold with a resume date on a Saturday, which was the date i returned home. i wanted the mail returned on that date so I could take care of any urgent items that needed a quick response Monday morning. on each occasion they failed to resume delivery on the date they were ask to. the Postal Service sent and email stating that it would. Seems like the carrier on my route does not know how to read. One other problem we have on this route is miss delivery of mail, it is getting so bad all the neighbors or talking about setting a time and location to meet and exchange mail.

Incompetence breeds incompetence. These postal workers have no pride in anything they do. They are government employees who never get a pay reduction, and all think that their jobs are secure. Ask yourself why Amazon does NOT use USPS? Boys and girls, enjoy the ride while it lasts!

i have had MULTIPLE problems, with the post office. Every time there is an issue, they act as though it is my fault or as though I am crazy for being upset. They have lost 2 very very important pieces of mail so who knows how many regular pieces they have not lost. It is not as though i can just claim , i have actual video proof of them dropping off one piece of urgent mail and the wrong house. And i have had my mail being forwarded for more than a month, and i am still not receiving anything!

Our letter carrier is very nice. I’ve not yet had the pleasure of interacting with the people at the burleson post office’s physical location, but based on people’s comments posted here, this location in burleson actually sounds much worse than any of the other postal offices I’ve ever dealt with. They were all a craps shoot - sometimes I gof a rude lazy worker & sometimes I get a nice helpful one. FYI - there’s only 1 - ONE! - positive comment posted on here for this particular location. ONE compliment, And 16 complaints ! That’s why our government is failing - because it’s not run like a business. There’s no capitalistic incentive to deliver service in a timely manner OR provide quality customer service. If the government operated in accordance with the same business principles as everyone else out here in the real world, where you’re held accountable for everything you do & you have 2 options to choose from - either make a profit & succeed from hard work OR lose money & go Bankrupt from laziness & a bad attitude. The whole, entire government body would go out of business within weeks....

Packages were delivered to the PO Box on our street on December 16th. The tip of the key that opens the box broke off in the lock. I notified my carrier, but he just put the key back in the lock. No one attempted to fix the lock or key. Finally on 12/22 I talked to the Post Master. He could have cared less. He assured me that this would be resolved first thing on 1/2. There was no attempt to find anyone to fix the lock. If the Post Office had initiated action, maybe the one and only maintenance man would not have been on his 2 week vacation. So needless to say, my friends and family still do not have their Christmas gifts. When I called today (1/2) the post master had NO recollection of me or my problem. He had no idea when my PO Box would be fixed because the maintenance man had a lot of jobs to do. Once again he had the worse condescending attitude! If any of us had the same work ethic,apathetic attitude, and indifferent customer service, we would be fired. But those are the qualifications to work at the Burleson Post Office!

I ordered 2 pressure cookers and received a text saying "delivered in mailbox" so considering the size of my mailbox I was afraid I must have paid a fortune for a super-mini pressure cooker. When I found the box, it was huge, not in the mailbox, but in the yard by the road, just inside the fence. It was pouring down rain and our huge covered front porch was just a few feet away. Go figure. Considering all the other remarks here, doubt my complaints will matter. Will certainly request anyone sending packages not to use USPS. No wonder they are suffering financially. You reap what you sow.

I despise this post office. They cant get any of my mail to the right house. The one time they did, i stepped out side to meet her since i saw her pull up, and as i opened the door, i saw her just toss the package up to my porch, she was still about 5ft away. I yelled and asked her to be more careful and she shrugged. The packages are always damaged, wet, or horribly late. I just opened a packed marked fragile in bold red letters, and i open it to see my bottle of perfume is totally shattered into pieces. They will also say they "attempted to deliver". When they never did. I will watch them drive right by, turn around, and drive off. And dont get me started on the driving! Where i live it clearly states, "5mph, children at play" and she will just blow through at 15-20mph or so. Ive tried contacting the post office about these problems but they never do anything about it. I do my best to make sure i get UPS when i can, but cheap shipping makes for cheap service i guess.

I've used U.S.Post Offices in many U.S. States across this blessed land for forty years. None of them have been better or more service oriented then our wonderful Burleson Post Office. They are simply one of the reasons I love living in Burleson, TX, USA.

I was waiting for an official certificate to come through the mail for my job and when I recieved it today, it was bent and damaged. The envelope it was delivered in had "CERTIFICATE ENCLOSED - PLEASE DO NOT BEND" written in bold large letters on the front. The junk mail from lending tree was delivered unharmed. Thanks for ruining my document and making sure the trash arrives in pristine condition. Your employees need a refresher course in handling mail.

I have called and complained multiple times & nothing has improved! In fact, Paul who often answers the phone, is arrogant and unhelpful. Wanted me to talk to the carrier personally...I don't think so...so more stuff will get messed up! I often do not receive routine bills that I am expecting, have to call and try to straightened out with water dept,, home mortgage co., etc. I also receive mail that is not even for my address, 3 days in a row this week. I find myself driving around trying to deliver mail, yesterday was obviously a check to a business. Last month I saw a strange car in my drive way, in my mailbox...it was someone (unknown neighbor up the road) delivering 5 pieces of my mail she received & one was package. This is out of control & needs to stop. I doubt it will, as when you call, the branch manager is on vacation and the staff clearly gets annoyed & clearly do not care! Helpless in Rendon

My postal carrier has a bad habit of delivering the wrong package to the wrong box. Once again I have to hunt down a misplaced package. It amazes me that my package can make it all the way from DC to Burleson without a problem, but the postal carrier can't seem to place the package in the correct box.

Letter carrier will not pick up mail. This is the second ti.e I have mailed a letter and the second time she has not picked up the letter for more than 3 days. Last time I had to tape a large note on the front of the mailbox begging her to take it. This time I am filing a complaint.

Please explain to me why "next day" packages from Amazon that are supposed to be delivered to my house on Sunday NEVER make it here! This is about the 5th time this has happened. I get a "notice" saying it is "out for delivery" and then shortly thereafter the website shows its new delivery date for 5 days later. Our regular mail carrier has assured us that Sunday service is available but I have yet to receive a package on Sunday. I'm not sure who your "relief" employees are for Sunday's but please explain to them that we order and pay for "next day" service for a reason! Figure out how to get to our house and deliver our packages on time! Thank you.

Very upset at their package delivery service. Was standing in my driveway when she raced by very fast. I was waiting for a package. Then 15 min later I get a text message informing me that delivery was attempted WHAT??? I was right there when she zoomed by. Now my pills will be all stuck together due to the heat in the mail truck & may not be any good when I finally hopefully get them tomorrow. They were quite expensive & I am very angry especially at the lie of delivery attempted.

On Friday, June 17, 2016 around noon I was in the post office to get stamps. I had just gotten out of the hospital a few days prior with bronchitis and shortness of breath. When I got to the counter, I could hardly breathe. The clerk asked me if I was okay and directed me to the stool to the right so sit a few minutes. All the clerks were very kind and concerned and offered my water and to call someone for me. I just want to thank them for their care and concern. And also to the patrons in line who stopped to check on me until my son got there to pick me up. God Bless you all!

The new Post Master at Burleson has become a real pain. Have been getting insulin shipped USPS for two years and was able to call and pickup at post office. Now today he tells me I have to pay a large fee to pick up to save time so to keep it refrigerated. Now I have to let the insulin stay another eight hours on the truck. I agree Burleson Post Office sucks . Yes they just don't care.

The postal service in Rural Burleson is usually good about mail but for some reason I have trouble getting packages. Delivery tracking says my packages are delivered and they DONT deliver them when they tag them delivered. I know Crowley has a system that SHOWS by GPS where they post them delivered and they have to be at that physical location to mark them delivered. Why does a little town post office have standards and the larger ones don't. From now on it's UPS ONLY for me for packages!!!

This has got to be the worst post office. Not only will the post man NOT deliver mail but will LIE and say a notice was left. They will leave packages on your doorstep after 7pm. I've come home waiting on a package at 7pm check the tracking and it still says out of delivery. Then I check later says delivered front porch. They really left a package on my doorstep after 8pm???? Didn't knock just left it there? Now I check nothing outside on my doorstep. This has happened so many occasions that I really would rather use UPS. A way better dependable choice. The postal service sucks at Burleson. They don't care. I'm from Atlanta and Austin is really ass backwards and obviously the people are as well. Never did i experience such bs with the post office there.

burleson post office mailman who did the rout in crestbrook apartments on tuesday 9-9-14 did a bad thing to my property(not damage it)but didnt delivered it in the location like i wanted,in future references on my future packages will go to new city's post office where my friend will give it to me when they got it.
