Trying to reach out the post office to see if my husbands medical supplies were delivered. Keep getting routed to the operator and then hung up on.

We did not receive any of our mail on Thursday, 04-13-23. It showed we had mail, a few important pieces that are a MUST HAVE, that were supposed to be delivered that we have yet to receive. We marked everything as "Not Received" on the Informed Delivery... I have tried calling Bullard Post Office several times to inquire about where my mail is and why it was not delivered and get routed to the "Operator" only to get a message from Bullard PO saying to leave a message and then I am immediately disconnected with no way to leave a message and no way to get someone to answer the phone or contact me. I need answers as to where my mail is before I have to go through the process of having things resent to me which causes a whole other issue if the mail finally shows up!

Called the PO to ask a question about a package delivered to the PO about 1 1/2 hrs ago. The package street name is miss spelled. I hoped to catch the package before sent out for delivery. Of coarse after begin trans to an associate they were busy and I was transferred to the operator to be told to leave my phone number and was promptly disconnected. Service??

I am most upset with the service (or lack thereof) of the Bullard Post Office. We have had several instances in the past few months where mail and packages were delivered to other neighbors on our road. Thankfully, we all know each other. I get an email every day from USPS to tell me what is to be in in my mail box. Often the items listed (more particularly packages) are NOT there!!! I have placed a package with correct postage to be picked up for 3 DAYS now and the postal worker HAS NOT TAKEN IT! So I am having to take my lunch break to go to the local post office where I work to mail it! We also don't get our mail delivered until after 5 or 6 pm in the evening. This is unacceptable. Can someone please find out who's running this location and tell them of our complaints!
