I never received a pink slip that my mail was attempted to be delivered, I go to the post office, and they can't find my package when it should be there, I give my number to an employee to reach me, I get no call back, and this location does not answer their phone. How am I supposed to get in touch with them? I am extremely dissatisfied with their service.

The Buda post office workers are incompetent. When I went to buy post card stamps last week they didn’t have any in stock. When I asked when they would have stamps available they didn’t have a clue. When I tried to call today, no one answered the line. My three calls were automatically cut off when no one answered.

My community mail boxes are missing, like the boxes are gone. Do we know when they'll be replaced? My address is 12702 Shady Acres Drive, Buda TX 78610

I had a problem with mail delivery by substitute mail carrier, I called the Buda Post Office and the call was answered right away. My problem was corrected immediately. I really appreciate these people!

Worthless. That is the kindest word I can use here. I have tried to use the 1-800-275-8777 to talk to a live person but the option is not available on the recording. I have tried to call the local US Post Office and no one answers. So again I say WORTHLESS!!!!

I live in Bradfield village and I could not locate a package on Monday that said it was delivered. I went to the post office and they had no idea, then someone checked the lock boxes and it was empty. I had the idea to check the same house number on the street next door and they had it. I would like to say that this is the first time it has happened, but this is the fifth or sixth time that we have got their mail or they have got ours. It is getting out of hand.

I'm informing the Buda Post office that I'm getting my next door neighbors mail way too often on Mondays. I'm getting really tired of the negligence with this mail delivery person. I'm loosing confidence in our mail system due to this person delivery the mail to the wrong house.. I expect this problem to be corrected and the person responsible to be held liable for delivering the mail to the wrong house..This has been going on for along time since this person started.

The Buda Post Office is one I frequent. The PostMasters there are always friendly, effective, and happy to assist, no matter how slow or busy they are. God Bless them! Many Thanks

I have been calling the PO number for over an hr about my delivery again. No body answers and complaints seem to be over looked on a daily basis. The mail today should of been put into the big box and key left in mine, but it wasn't. Instead the mail and pkg was shoved into my box and it tore getting it out because part of it was still in the outside door. I am going to try again tomorrow to call or just drive over.

Due to cold weather I was unable to open a mailbox with the key left at the community mail station, but my mail carrier is really great and the next day brought the packages to my door after I left a note that I was having trouble.

I really appreciate having my mail forwarded since our family moved. I should request not to have an "F" written on certain peices of our mail even if it is being forwarded.
