I work from home. Boyd post office cannot continue to lie and say that they tried to deliver it when I'm here all day. My office is right by the front door. I'm sick of having to try to pick up my mail at the mailbox. Do your job!!!

Boyd, post office refused to deliver to my home. They refuse to provide me with Boyd's Corporate office phone number. They should be grateful they have a job.

These people refuse to deliver packages period. That's fraud! They hand me pink slips that say "SORRY WE MISSED YOU". LITERALLY HAND ME THE MAIL. If your route is near 4750 and that sack of human excrement does it to you contact Chanel 5 news. Let's get these people fired and replaced!

Pam down at the Boyd post office covers up for the guy that delivers my packages. She calls me a liar and just laughs it off. The person that complained several weeks ago has the same delivery dude that I have. I Google mapped it. Today he threw my back in the dirt and I couldn't find it. I firmly believe that both Pam and the dude need to be fired! How many times does it take to get something done? I've contacted the postmaster and they don't care. If he does that again to my package I'm going to yank him out of his vehicle and use a switch on his backside. Do your job correctly or quit!

8/16/18 I just watched your employee throw my package over our fence because the gate was not open! The package could have easily been left on the ground, but instead she just threw it over the fence. Over 300$ I opened up my front door and yelled wow to them and then slammed the door! This is not the way to do business! My father is retired from the post office and I will take this matter further if it is not resolved! With all the cameras out here you would think your employees would do their job correctly nowadays. Very disappointed. I live off of county road 4773 Boyd Texas.
