Need this post office closed.Said my package was delivered on Friday.Never.I myself think you have nothing but thieves working at this post office in Benbrook tex.Need to close it down.They lost idems @Christmas of 2023 also.Never have been found..

This is the worst post office I have ever seen. They never deliver the mail or use the drop box our company has. If they do stop to make a delivery and no one is there they don't leave a delivery tag so that you know you missed a delviery. If you call to find out about your package they never ever answer. Why have a phone? So frustrating and expensive to my customers when they just return the mail instead of making every attempt to properly deliver the mail whish is their job...

This post office is a joke. I called 10 times trying to find out why I haven't gotten any mail or non of my out going mail was picked up in over week. when someone did answer all they wanted to do is argue that the carrier had been by. when I told him out going mail had not been picked up either, he still argued the they had been by. He told me he would have her come by today and pick up then hung up on me. I wish we could track if they come by or not. I will take this to the next step.

I went to Benbrook Post Office this morning. I called my bank to see why Fee Address Return Fee of $5.00 was taken out of my account. Lady at bank said I had a letter from EECU in Ft Worth returned to them. Bank account charged $5.00 fee. Postmaster at Benbrook said she wanted to see letter. How in the ____ can I show her letter if it was returned to EECU. Never received this letter. I have lived in Benbrook, same address, since 1995. Postmaster in Benbrook told me this morning when I went to post office she wanted to see letter, guess to prove I was not telling the truth. This is one of many times this post office has had postmaster that does not understand problems we have. Lots of complaints in Benbrook. I am not only one with complaints. I had brother who was postmaster in Oklahoma for years and he always told me to go to local people first. Well, I have been there, no results. Where now? HELP.. They were shorthanded in post office today. I know why.. The person in charge was not nice at all.

So very disappointed. Missed a pkg. on Friday. Made arrangements for delivery on Saturday. It was a medicine that I was in great need of. The mail person put mail in box and kept on driving. He made NO effort to deliver my meds. I was there and know that he did not get out of vehicle to make any effort to deliver. I was standing outside near the door. Couldn't get anyone at post office to answer the phone. Called customer service and automated said 40 minute wait. Glad they got a 21 million dollar contract. I won't be using them any more than I have too.

today i got home from work and saw that the package that the postman or lady left was riped open and hanging out of ny mail box get a clu if its to big to fit put it on the frony door never have i seen such lazy people in my life

This branch has ruined my Change of Address and now it has been over a month since I have recieved mail. I have made 29 calls and have placed many tickets with customer service and nothing has been done.I am so frustrated and would just like to recieve help on correcting my mail issue.

I am very upset about the service I am not receiving!!! I put in a request on 10/9/20 to have a box picked up on10/10/20 WEC335541078. It was NOT!!! I called 10/15 to give that info & was told it would be picked up today. It was NOT! This has to be returned very soon or I will be charged for it. I would like this to happen tomorrow 💥💥this is some lousy service. Can’t figure out why you don’t do what you say you will especially when I follow your directions😱😱😱

Phone stays busy and trying to locate a package delivered to your location and says acceptance pending since 7/24/20. What the heck does that mean? Why does the phone stay busy for hours and days. Off the hook? You are closed by the time I am off from work so going in isn't an option. Don't expect an answer either. It seems several people are having the same issue with phone staying busy. This is getting ignoring.

Why pay for a phone line when it is always disabled unplugged or otherwise left unanswered. Just read comments. I’m trying to call and not go in (I’m high risk Covert) and check on a package that the DC received on the 23. It is the 28th and I’ve still not received it. This is a harness, medical equipment for my service dog to assist me.

Every single time I call, the phone is busy or off the hook. This has been multiple days....

We have the worst mail carrier. I can see our mailbox from my office and today is the second day in a row that the mail person just flies right past us, Yes, the flag is up. We constantly have other addresses bringing us our mail, sometimes months after it has been delivered. I tried calling. The line is busy.

I received an email notice that my package has been delivered on 6/1/20 at 8962 Ranch Bluff Ct. but in fact I did not receive it. Mail was not delivered at all Saturday and Monday.

I have several envelopes that were specifically not delivered even though the image based alter system said I should have received them. I also did not receive a package I was supposed to receive several days ago. They left a note saying they attempted contact, when they did NOT. We were home the entire day, and no attempt to give us the package was made. Disgusting service.

Phones off the hook, I have live animals that were lost and should of been delivered tuesday and I cant even get them to pick up the phone so I can arrange to get them. I told the shipper not to use USPS cause our mail doesn't run every day.. the guy drives by but doesn't put in the mailbox.. you see it was explained to me they dont have the staff to sort so they just send the guy out to look like they are delivering when they really are not.. ask any resident of this town in fact just read the comments here.. mandate to serve.. The mail was not delivered on 12/23/19 to the 7600 Benbrook Pkwy office boxes. The outgoing mail box is still full of mail needing to be picked up from the box from 12/23/19, too which is overflowing to the point no additional mail can be inserted. These are business offices that depend on the mail being picked up and delivered on the schedule posted by the USPS website. I understand this is a busy time of year, but the mail must be delivered and picked up at some point of the day, no matter the time. Frustrated business owner, San-Aire, Inc

I keep getting the wrong mail delivered to my box. They get the right street but the house numbers seem to be an issue. I sometimes get no mail of my own but lots of other people’s mail. I’m not sure who to complain to but this is ridiculous. If you ask at the post office it’s like they don’t care and it’s so difficult to carry out the process of delivering mail. I always return the wrong mail but I am yet to receive my own and I have missed a few important bills and checks.

why has the Benbrook mail not run for the last 3 days.

We live on briar run and in the last week we have had our last 2 usps delivery’s dropped off a block over on prince street. Last night was supposed to get a delivery and the post man claimed he could not get to our driveway. The water dept had a leak and was digging the street up. But it was not in front of my house it was next door. This new mail man is a joke lazy and apparently can not read. I flagged him down on the first miss delivery and he said no I dropped it off at the right house . Luckily I took a picture of the package and wrong house. After showing it to him he just said ohh

I was pleasantly surprised that the extremely friendly and helpful attendant was a "trainee". She recognized and greeted new customers as she continued to help me. The customer behind me also commented that she comes to the post office frequently and that was the first time anyone acknowledged her as she waited in line. What a pleasant experience. I wish her the best in her new career!!

After 3:30 the phone is always busy, off the hook it seems Had a package due today, according to the tracking number showed it out for delivery, the carrier came by around 3:45 left the junk mail, but no package. this happens way too often, not delivered or delivered to wrong address. of course they will say we can not do anything for 30 Days at least I paid for with PayPal but will have to wait another 20 days or more for a replacement

The postal worker just crammed a box and an envelope containing three shirts in my regular box. I can't even move the box or the envelope, so there is no way that he/she could have thought I could possibly get anything out of that box on my side. There was a package box available, so I guess he just thought it would be fun to make me stand in the rain trying to get my mail. Too much trouble to open another box and place the packages where they belong?? We have had this happen at least 6 times, and we have politely asked that the carriers be more aware. I'm tired of being nice. The shirts in the wadded up envelope are probably ruined. Unfortunately, it's Saturday, and there is not one thing I can do for two days.

I have an envelope that I put in the mailbox Saturday. Still there. The carried came to the door yesterday but this morning I realized she didn't check the bock. It is now 5:03 pm on Tuesday and no delivery. Though there is someone driving around the neighborhood in a mail truck not stopping anywhere. What is going on???

I have had a lot of mail go missing lately. Some has arrived at other houses...who redirected them to me. However, one recent package is missing in action completely. This seems to be an issue in our area.

I received a large envelope that says do not bend it was from the White House. And in big letters it said do not bend. the post person that put it in my mailbox folded it in the middle. I'm not sure if she or he Bent/folded it because they were ignorant and didn't read the large do not bend instructions or if they are biased and didn't care since it was coming to me from the White House. I am very upset I have been trying to call them for 20 minutes and they do not answer the phone very poor customer service

1204 Trammell Dr Benbrook Tx 76126 I was supposed to receive a package yesterday, it was not delivered. I called the Benbrook post office and they did not know why it was delivered. The tracking states package is ready for pick up at post office. I called the post office 5 times and no answer. I just want to know where my package is. I hope you can help

I am SICK AND TIRED of my deliveries going missing because they don't freakin READ the labels!!! I constantly get someone else's packages and mine go missing!!!!!!!!

This is the worst Post Office ever!! They deliver mail when they want to. At times I don't get mail for 3-4 days, and then on day five I will get a whole mailbox full. My neighbors don't get their mail either for days at a time. Packages never arrive when they are supposed to. I'm contacting the POST MASTER GENERAL!!! I have had enough! I have lived in Benbrook for 15 years and it keeps getting worse.

My husband and I have had the worst experiences with this branch in benbrook. In my 37 years of dealing with post offices, this has to be the most unattentive, non caring and untruthful I have ever experienced. 1st- When my husband and I were to be married in April of 2014, we were receiving gifts from family and friends from out of town. We live in an apartment so our mailbox is locked. We stopped daily to check the mail for gifts and about 3 - 4 weeks before our wedding our mail box was "broken into" when my husband walked up the door was open and it was empty. There were no obvious signs of tampering. As we investigated we discovered that we were missing an envelope with a check and a obviously a key to one of the package boxes. A family member had sent us a monograms bible as a wedding gift... which we never recieved. There wasn't much we could do about the Bible ( very sad) but we had the check cancelled and a new one issued.
2nd- my husband stopped to check our mail and there was no mail.. just a green slip of paper saying "vacant". We are planning to move but not for another month. We didn't receive our rent statement, our insurance cards, and we are expecting a very important letter that we must turn in to the new place we are moving to by the end of the week. Called PO twice, let them know that we did still live there. ( the person on the phone was standing with the post man both times) they told us to fill out the card, which we did and put it in the mailbox on Monday night and that he would pick it up and deliver mail. We asked what time he gets there.. was told 130pm. Tuesday at 500pm when we checked the mail.. green slip of paper still there and no mail. What the heck! I am so very frustrated with this.. we are talking about the difference us having a place to live or not. It's really frustrating to be told something and it doesn't happening. I work as a customer service rep.. this branch has the worst cs I have experienced. JS
