I mailed a package containing a cd and paperwork on 11/29/2021 at 11:40 am from Bastrop, Texas. It got to Austin on 12/7/2021 at 6:50 pm. I want to know why it did not leave Bastrop the day I mailed it. I also want to know why it has taken over a week to get it out of the Bastrop Post Office. The Bastrop PO got a new post mistress in the spring/early summer of this year. Her name was originally Amanda Glass, now Amanda Brey or Breyer. With her she brought an employee, a woman whom I estimate to be in her late 20's or early 30's. She does not wear a name tag. I had problems with the woman, and spoke with the postmistress about the way that the woman spoke to me (rudely), The postmistress told me that her protege was an excellent employee. Not much later, the unnamed woman screamed at me through my PO box in the post office, ran out of the side door of the PO, stood on the sidewalk there, and screamed at me for no reason that I could see, all while she was on the premises of the PO. I have no idea what caused that. I left, and got off the PO premises outside, because I thought the woman was going to become violent. The unnamed postal employee also withheld books that I had sent for, and did not put them in my PO box for at least two weeks after the books arrived. When I went back in to pick the books up, the unnamed postal employee brought in another postal employee, and both of them laughed and taunted me about how she had kept the books from me for as long as she did. A few days later I was in the post office, getting mail from my PO box, when the unnamed employee was putting mail in my mail box. I took the mail out of my box, and the employee started screaming at me through my mail box. I got my mail and left. The unnamed employee ran out of the side door of the PO, and started screaming at me, loudly for several minutes. I was concerned for my safety, and got off postal property as quickly as I could. This unknown employee was moved out of the post office and into an PO annex that was still on the same block. Sadly, things did not get better, even though the unnamed employee is now working in the annex. This unknown (to me) PO employee seems to enjoy victimizing the elderly, and the postmistress does nothing about it. Remember that the postmistress and the unknown employee arrived in Bastrop at the same time.

Just NOT getting proper carrier service from my regular carrier. Claims I have dogs and won't deliver to house. I informed her that we have NO dogs. She says there are, because a 'while' back she came and there were dogs. Had to be over FIVE YEARS ago that any dogs were at my home. Failure to deliver based on past experience over 4 months old is simply lazy and unacceptable in a carrier. Like Argus Filch said of his pet cat when it was petrified -- I want to see some PUNISHMENT! Extremely not happy to have to have a written argument with my postal carrier over cat food being delivered to my home via USPS through Amazon, because she claims I have dogs. This is why the USPS is in such trouble -- attitude of superior complacency. I am NOT HAPPY.

Hats off to our post office employees! I know this past week-10 days has been awful for everyone but I would simply like to give thanks to the postal workers for handling the Covid and weather issues to the best of their abilities. It hasn't been easy for any of us and every time I have gone into the post office (& that's been frequently recently!) the employees have been more than courteous and polite...always apologizing for the long wait, which has very little to do with them...it's the "Covid-line"...happens everywhere! Just a big thanks for doing your best to stay pleasant and I know it isn't easy with some folks...but you're all doing a prenominal job!! Thanks for all you do!

I've been alling the P.O. at two different numbers supplied to me by one of the p.o. employee but nobody answered either. Why do You have a phone if You aren't going to answer it? Poor customer service.

I never got my package despite the fact that the tracking says it was delivered into my mailbox. I was home that day and no one stoped by to deliver anything. Ive been trying to contact USPS ever since and nothing. This location never answered any of my 16 phone calls.

Tiffany is very rude!!!! Hope I never have to deal with her again. She isn't professional and after being rude to me proceeded to spend 10 minutes talking to another customer about her husband and son's soccer being cancelled.

Poor delivery style by one of your carriers. There is one gentleman who delivers my mail and does an Excellent job - packages are always left on the front porch if the don’t fit in the mailbox. However there is another carrier that leaves packages that don’t fit in the mailbox, wherever she feels like it! Found one today leaning up against a tree in my yard? This is totally unacceptable. I understand it was a FedEx via USPS delivery, but it doesn’t mean that the USPS carrier gets to abuse my packages!! If she can’t deliver it where it’s supposed to be, why is she working for you?

I ordered some antique stamps off of ebay and I tracked my package - and I never received my package and it said I received a notice - but never did either. Tracking number 70190160000032100233 Delivery message Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available) 1 800 number is useless - local number nobody answers. Terrible customer service.

Date: April 6, 2019 For the second time in two or three weeks I have received notice a package had been delivered only to discover it was not delivered to me! Package obviously given to someone else...TWICE! Talking to folks at your facility only leads to frustration with no resolution and no apparent concern displayed. The best one word description of the response would be...shrug! Secondly, my bank statement was also delivered to someone else today and they were kind enough to bring it to me. All these mistakes in deliveries have occurred on a Saturday. Coincidence...? Is there any attempt at accountability in your organization? A response would be nice but I don't anticipate one. The last time my package was not properly delivered I couldn't even get anyone to bother to call me when they said they would investigate and call me!
