This is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I saw a young lady trying to get a passport for her two young children today. The clerk that waited on her immediately started rolling her eyes and talking disrespectful to the young woman. The young lady started crying telling her that she was sorry that she was late and that her husband was in Mexico undergoing cancer treatments and she was trying to get the passports to take the children to see him. It was such a disgrace at how the other lady was so rude and acting so haughty about the entire situation - so unempathetic and disgusting! It made me so upset to see how she was treating this dear young lady. Why can you not have some decency and understanding - why must we treat each other with such disgrace? Pitiful for a grown woman to be treating anyone the way she did in a public place - horrible.

I have a Pobox at azle post office. I really dived a pkg at mail locker sept 4 and would not have known if person asked me if I liked what she sent me! So I went today with tracking all the information to see what is what, kind blonde lady went to back came out with a postal box filled with stuff for us. We never got a yellow card or anything sbd we have had things put in locker since September 4. We continually get others mail because Pobox mail is not sorted right. Wonder you gets our mail Luckily things we had been looking for were in this huge postal tub. Upsetting to say least

By Far and above the Azle Post Office it the best I have ever seen. I have lived in Pittsburgh, Seattle, Houston, Paramus (NJ) Bethesda (MD) and others across the country as a contract engineer. Every piece of mail gets to me. Every "hold Mail' is executed perfectly. The mail-person is friendly and will bring packages to my door. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent.

has your view changed yet?? If this is the best, I really do not want to see worst. For past 18 months they have returned packages and letters as undeliverable, but I've had a po box for over 20years there and they know it or should. Bad service and rude people

Nothing seems to change except when stamp prices go up then the quality of your mail carrier goes down. Azle USPS could care less about giving professional services to the people they serve. Carriers too lazy to shut mailbox lids are common. They cram packages that don't fit into the mailbox and fold some mail packages that damages what's inside then if you complain...they deny it. you people are well paid so quit giving unprofessional services to your customers

I currently have I believe to be the worst excuse for a mailman I have ever experienced. I first called to complain about him 3 years ago when left a book I ordered for my granddaughter for Christmas on top of my mail box and it was pouring rain. It was an expensive book and was ruined. He never picks up my mail even though I met him at my mail box and explained that when the red flag was sticking out there was mail in the slot, he said he understood nut still never picks up my mail so drive to the post office. He constantly mixes up everyones mail on my street. Last weekend my neighbor delivered a stack of mail addressed to me that was in her mail box and I constantly receive mail of other various neighbors. Today I received a e-mail notice from a merchant that said my bill was returned to them marked undeliverable because of an invalid address, however they in fact had my correct address. I have complained about this carrier numerous times but nothing changes. I live at 465 Harvey Trail, Azle, Texas 76020, please do something!!!! Sincerely Beverly Holland

Please post that on Saturdays they will only process 15 passports total. Many people came in well before closing time and were turned away. Only one person processing passports, everyone else standing around. Can't more than one person be trained in passport application?

I'm disabled and I do not have a vehicle, So when I ask the post office Supervisor in Azle to see about bringing my mail to my doorstep because I have leg, knee and back issues which makes it difficult to walk to the street and get mail, their reply was I need proof of being disabled which I have, and my driveway would have to circle around for the mail carrier. My street is a residential paved road with no obstacles or traffic and my driveway is fifty foot from the road but the postal driver is not allowed to back up so all us disabled people can kiss off according to the Azle Post Office. Also they will not pick up your packages from your home unless they are sent First Class or Priority mail. I sell items on Ebay to try to make a living and I don't mail a lot of packages but nobody wants to pay the high dollar postage, that would be crazy and even though the mail carrier comes by everyday, they will not accept your cheaper mail rate packages but only the ones with the high dollar postage. And also they are rough and irresponsible with your packages because they have broke nearly half of all the well bubble wrapped breakable items I sent out by smashing the boxes or punching holes through them. The Azle Post Office Sucks. The USPS needs to pay attention to their staff and fire about a third of their low life irresponsible Employees.

I am usually happy with my delivery service but alertly there have been problems. First of all my mailbox door has been broken twice, and I'm not the only one is this area to have this happen. Secondly a large box was not put in front of my door as usual but put on my front lawn where is was soaked by my sprinkler system.
